Chapter 01 The Void

A cloudy evening and sky is full of clouds, A strong wind is blowing and thunder could be heard occasionally, A woman with dark brown hair with hazel brown eyes and wearing glasses and wearing office is standing under in a bus stand waiting for her bus to arrive so so she can go home and she has a glum and sad expression on her face.

With flash of lightning and a sound of thunder began to rain, drip drop drip drop until it began raining like cats and dogs.

Suddenly with a strong gust of wind make her umbrella slipped from and began to fly away, she without thinking began to ran after it.

Umbrella kept flying away with the wind and she kept running after it trying to catch it and without realizing she came far from the bus stand she kept running after it until suddenly with a flash lightning struck straight at her.

Lightning struck right on me as I was chasing after the umbrella and everything turned white with flash of light, I closed my eyes for impact but strangely I felt no pain, I hesitating open my eyes only to find nothing but white light, there's no floor no sky and I am floating there's no object and no one in sight.

Hello? Anybody there? anyone?, she said as loud as she could but there's no response, nothing but quietness and stillness.

Where am I? What's this place?, she said to herself a little worried and anxious. There's nothing but quietness here with her only one in existence.

Is this what they call void?, she said to herself and looked into distance staring at nothing

My name is Nyx Asteria Willis, An ordinary woman,an office worker, My whole life spend in nothing but failure as I prefer life of others more than mine, I sacrifice my dreams and wishes and became something my parents wanted me to be but yet in the end I got nothing but hatred. My parents were never proud of me and my siblings hated me, I was denied and rejected and cast aside even though I worked day and night without fail like a robot without thinking about myself. I was never good enough for them and I wanted to date other guys and wanted to fall in love but I wasn't allowed. I spent my life until now with zero experience with men. Only way I experience love was by playing ottome games. It was an only escape for me from my harsh life.

In the end I'm here in this Void all alone with nothing in existence.

I'm scared..... I'm lonely..., she said as tears began to fall down her cheeks as she felt her life ending in nothingness.

She spent a while there floating in void, she doesn't remember how long she spend as there's no time in void. She kept floating and wondering around until she finally saw something black she ran towards it coming closer she realizes that it's a door and she kept running until she was right in front of it and it was opened and without a second thought she walked into it.

As she walked out of it she found herself in a familiar yet strange surroundings, she was in a corridor, hearing footsteps approaching from behind her she hides herself behind a large curtain of a window and her eyes widens as she saw a familiar woman walking out of the same door.

She was shocked to see this familiar lady and it was none other than MC of her favorite ottome game " Ikemen Vampire"
