"Mom, tomorrow is Liam's birthday and I don't know what to give him." Cassandra said.

"Hmmmmm.... Puppy love is always funny sha...." Amelia said and laughed.

"Common mommy I'm serious..." Cassandra said.

"Ok... You should get him something like a scarf or a wrist watch" Amelia suggested.

"Yeah... Liam love scarfs" Cassandra said happily.

"So are we invited?" Amelia asked.

"He is not going to celebrate it... Its just going to be a small friends hangout" Cassandra replied.

"Oh... Well then, tell him I'm wishing him a happy birthday." Amelia said.

"No... We are wishing him a happy birthday..." Mr. Vincent said coming into the room.

"Hmmm love birds..." Cassandra said rolling her eyes.

"Oh yeah..." Amelia replied playfully.

"So what were my two babies discussing?" Mr. Vincent asked.

"I thought you knew that was why you came in saying 'no... We are wishing him a happy'...." Cassandra replied quoting her fathers statement sarcastically.

"Well I don't..." Mr. Vincent replied sheepishly scratching his head. That little action made his wife and daughter laughed.

"Well... Cassandra wants to give Liam a birthday gift..." Amelia said.

"Mmmm this reminds me of our puppy love" Mr. Vincent replied.

"You don't have to talk about that... Its embarrassing" Amelia said.

"Guess what your mom gave me as a birthday gift" Mr. Vincent said.

"What?" Cassandra was eager.

"A wrist watch... and the warmest hug ever" Mr. Vincent said with a big smile.

"Wow... Never knew Mrs. Amelia Vincent could be this romantic" Cassandra said making Amelia shy.

"yeah... And I cherish the wrist watch so much... I still have it with me" Mr. Vincent said.

Liam woke up very early in morning... Its his birthday, at last he will get to here what his father wanted him to know. He has ran out of patience but he has no choice but to keep waiting because Mr. Leonard won't tell him anything.

"Leonard... At last you have no choice but to tell me everything today." Liam said with a triumphant smile. Getting out of bed, he went straight to his uncle's room but unfortunately the man wasn't there. He tried calling him but it was not connecting.

"I knew it... You will definitely ditch me" Liam said and sighed like an old man. When he turned to go back to his room, he saw a piece of paper on the table, the phrase "BE PATIENT BOY... YOU WILL DEFINITELY KNOW EVERYTHING TODAY" was writing on it. "Uncle Leonard... You can be so annoying sometimes" Liam said and left.

Liam's friends came over in the afternoon. They played a lot of games, ate and had a lot of fun and then left in the evening.

"Happy birthday Liam..." Cassandra said and gave him a small box after everyone was gone.

"What's there?" Liam asked and tried opening the box but Cassandra stopped him.

"You can only check when I leave" she said.

"Ok... Let me take you home" Liam said.

"No... You are still weak, you need rest" Cassandra replied. Liam felt somehow bad but he understood that she cared so much about him.

"Ok... Bye..." Liam said.

"Bye" Cassandra replied and turned to leave.

"So You won't give me a hug?" Liam asked making Cassandra to halt in her steps. She turned around and gave him a hug before leaving.

"So... I guess it's time to talk about everything" someone spoke behind Liam as soon as Cassandra left.

"Uncle Leonard.... Where have you been?" Liam asked.

"Come with me" Mr. Leonard ignored his question. Liam followed him.

"Sit..." Mr. Leonard said when they entered his room. Liam did as he was told.

"Liam... What I am about to tell you should be a secret" Mr. Leonard said.

"Ok..." Liam replied. Somehow... His heart was racing violently.

"Your dad is still alive...." Mr. Leonard said making Liam to freeze.
