She started to see a statue formed into a human, kneeling nearby. It had sparkled somewhat, to her. She marched a few steps then paused, glimpsing at the small statue. It looked different, though.
She stood in front of the statue, gazing at its stone hair. "It looks so real." She gasped, softly in amazement. She then flinched once a sudden movement in the ground started to shake.
"Ah!" She exclaimed, nervously. She suddenly saw the statue form into a more paranormal type of creature, it was no longer a 'statue'. It stood near her, glowing with sparkles forming around it.
"Chosen." It spoke, smiling at her. "What?" She stood, sturdily in confusion as the ground stopped shaking. It slowly tapped both of her shoulders, holding onto her, both arms stretched onto hers. "What's your name, creature?" It spoke to her, briefly.
She stuttered, "W-Willow?" She spoke up, nervously.
Her eyes turned white and Willow felt funny. Sparkles formed around her and she felt like she twinkled. Her jaw dropped in sudden awe, she felt anxious especially since the random creature seemed so unique in her eyes.
The creature was in the shape of a human but was ghost-like. It was feminine and it looked calm and steady, like this wasn't the first time, it saw someone randomly fallen upon the statue.
Willow was in shock, she had wings that fluttered in every way. They flowed back and forth, repeatedly in motion. Her wings were flawless is every way. Her eyes widened in shock, she was excited.
"What am I? How do I have w-" Before she could continue, the creature turned back into a stone statue. "No! No! Please, explain why you gave me these things? I am clueless, I can't succeed in a place like this! It's too perfect for a person like me!" She cried out, overwhelmed.
She plopped onto the timid ground and began to cry, she felt alone and she didn't know how to feel alive without people around. And now that there seemed to be nobody around, she felt like she was trapped in a beautiful place with no meaning.
If you ever are in a place that's filled with beauty but nothing is real, it can get lonely fast, sadly. Dreams only last so long before we are starting to feel alone, feeling lonely can get us overwhelmed sometimes. But with others around, it can brighten us up a bit! Adding comments, reviews, and votes on my book would be lovely and I'd appreciate it a lot! Thank you so much, I love it when people read my books! <3
