The rumble of the forest began to rise. The volume twitched and it awoke a variety of birds. The water shook and made splashes every few moments. It began to poor and the trees swung back and forth. The rain drizzled over the trees, each leaf crying out for help.
The meadow was large and fondly beautiful, it had an amazing view. The cries were no longer heard, the beauty of the meadows and forest were the only thing to smile for. It was almost glowing, in many eyes.
A twitch came to her eyes, she growled. She had been asleep in the meadow, a place she hadn't known even existed. She yawned then her eyes stuttered open. "Huh?" She flinched in confusion, confuzzled on where she was. She looked around in hesitation as if she had been dreaming.
"It can't be real." She blinked repeatedly, still in denial. It was almost as if 'happiness' had a place, and this was its place. Twinkling flashes flickered now, from lightning. She flinched, "maybe it isn't so cool.." She mumbled under her breath, searching for shelter.
She had found some trees, but they were still drenched. Each time a drop of water hit the trees, it came pouring down like a waterfall. "Argh!" She screeched from the water hitting her arm when she ran under the tree.
"Cold!" She squeaked with a flinch. The water was almost like ice, it was freezing and made her feel almost like a corpse. The dull cold splash felt like a dozen trapped souls in one, it made her feel lonely.
She then swiftly sat down under the tree. Her legs slowly crouched to her chin-level and her arms swung around and her head lied on her arms and knees. She began to watch as the rain poured down and every now and then a droplet would hit her shoulder from the creaks of openings at the top of the tree.
