Many years ago, in the city of Aracity, there were the two best police officers in the corporation, Roger and Paul, with high ratings. They always managed to unravel the work and mysteries of the evil gangs that existed at that time. However, they were not successful enough to dismantle the largest gang, called Akai.

There were several police missions for a long time in the city. Some of them are very difficult to solve, others are very easy, without many difficulties. However, there was a very complicated mission to solve; and it didn't happen very long ago. This mission was called: Operation Black Falcon.

"Yes, I got it. According to the map, this island is 10 kilometers away."
