A Kunoichi's Tale: Naruto Fanfiction

This is the tale of Kokoro Kanei, a Chunin of Konoha. This fanfic will follow a Kunoichi who is FROM the Naruto world. No reincarnation, no system, nothing. There will be missions, action, romance, and lemons. I have been browsing the Naruto fanfics, and while OP characters are fun, I wanted to write a story about someone who would have been a minor character in the anime. This starts a few years before Naruto becomes a Genin, so the main plot of the anime won't be touched on for a bit. Also, I will not always be following the plot, as shown with relationships between characters. Additional Tags: Action, Female Lead, Futa, Romance, R18

Chapter 185: Another Branch

Akari, the red eyed, mischievous, oldest child of our ever growing Mitarashi Clan, the futanari child of Anko and Kurenai, sat in the middle of the floor and stared curiously at the newcomer in front of her, for once not babbling constantly as she inspected who was sitting just a foot away from her.

Riku, the daughter of Anko and I, with features that almost matched my own to a tee, stared at this newcomer as well, but she looked away from her and instead stared at me, making the connection swiftly as she glanced at Cameia as well, who stood nearby.

Then there was Tomoe, who was seated between her two older sisters and looking at them both, trying to figure out which one of them understood what was going on so that she could too; Kurenai's daughter with me was looking like her Mom more by the day, with gentle red eyes and dark black hair, though the two auburn streaks that ran down from her crown to her bangs made her look unique.

But, not as unique as the last baby sitting in the playroom, who was quietly looking back at her three sisters and studying them calmly, something that made me smile wryly as I glanced at the futanari who sired her.

This new baby was Yasu Mitarashi, the futanari child of Cameia and I, and she... was different from her sisters in a rather obvious way; they were pale, she was slightly tanned already, and her eyes were a liquid gold that just oozed power even at a young age, despite her not having actual access to chakra just yet.

A tuft of midnight black hair sprouted from her head, and her expression was just as blank as her Mom's, something that made my smile even more wry as I wondered if it was just a quirk in their bloodline... something that was inventible.

Yasu was the newest baby here, and she joined Riku and Tomoe as a calm baby who didn't cause many issues, which was vastly different from the eldest child here - Akari - who was a clever and noisy futanari constantly demanding attention from everyone.

"Well, how does it feel to finally be free from carrying a child?"

Anko grinned as she sat on the other side of the room, her eyes still lingering over the four babies that were having a stare off, though a glance at me made her grin widen as I rolled my eyes when she added "And do you want to carry another? I wouldn't mind some baby making se-!"

"Anko! Hush!"

Kurenai glared at our Snake Charming wife, the purple haired woman just snickering as she glanced at Kurenai next, saying "The offer stands for you too, blossom~!"

"Blossom..?"

"What? Don't like it? Your eyes look a bit like the roses blossoming out in the greenhouse."

It was my turn to grin as I watched Kurenai blush at Anko's words, causing the Snake Charmer to tilt he'd head in confusion before she shrugged, her density to some things making itself known as she focused on the children again, not noticing that Kurenai actually really enjoyed that nickname and instead thinking that her choice was alright.

"Akari, say something to little Yasu! She's your newest sister, after all!"

The red eyed baby glanced back at her Mom and babbled something, before turning back to Yasu and waddling forwards, leaning over to poke the gold eyed baby's cheek.

Yasu... didn't do anything, just staring at Akari like nothing had happened, even as Akari poked her cheek again, which caused Riku to crawl forwards and stare intently at Yasu, trying to figure out how the baby hadn't already bitten Akari's fingers - something Riku did whenever Akari poked her over and over again like this.

Tomoe made her way over as soon as Riku did, not wanting to be left behind as she decided that she was with Riku on this one, sitting and observing Yasu's face and likely thinking the same thing as she watched Yasu endure their oldest sister's torment.

"Akari! Be nice."

Hearing Kurenai, Akari babbled something and pouted, pulling her finger back and instead turning to make her way over to Anko, who picked her up and nodded as Akari began to babble some more, 'talking' to her Mom.

"She is... noisy."

I chuckled as I heard Meigetsu's voice, the Hawk sitting atop my shoulder and watching everything from above quietly; she had wanted to spend more and more time in our world recently, and ever since we had begun to train together often, I rather enjoyed her company whenever and wherever I could take it.

"Indeed."

"Yasu is... almost an exact replica of the Priestess."

"Indeed."

We both looked towards Cameia, who was staring at Yasu from afar, her arms crossed over her chest as she remained as blank as ever, though I had heard her muttering to our daughter many times now, so... perhaps her heart was warming up even more now.

Either way, now that summer had arrived once more, and I was no longer pregnant, I couldn't help but breath a mixed sigh - relief and worry filling me as I wondered about the future, before shrugging and instead focusing on the here and now, which was sitting in the center of this room.

We had an entire summer to ourselves now, with Anko and Cameia needing a few days here and there to complete missions; Kurenai too, but I had decided that I would just increase my training instead of heading out, mainly so I could look after all three of my own children as well as my 'fourth' child - Akari.

Raising four children at once would be difficult, but not impossible with there being four of us, and besides... now I had a large portion of my dream fulfilled - a large family to surround myself with, each of whom I loved deeply and who loved me deeply.

Whew~
