Chapter 16: Helemoira
When I awoke, it was to the sounds of a group of Leokos birds singing me their brilliant songs. I stretched and took a deep inhale before my eyes popped open and I sniffed once more at the air.
"What's that?" I spoke softly to myself as I sat up and gasped at the sight before me.
Adhmad Dé had been turned into a heavenly garden; filled with every type of flower I had ever seen and some which were all new to me. As I emerged from my tent of root and vine, there was no place I could step that flowers were not crushed beneath my bare foot.
It was divinely beautiful. Suddenly, my breath was frozen in my lungs and I felt tears pool in my eyes. He had done this for me, Geien had given me a garden that rivaled even the royal gardens at the Throne of Vitality–I was sure.
