After hearing the offer and request of Artemis, the woman thought about it for a few seconds first before accepting. Artemis's negotiation wasn't too bad. In fact, it was very great, as it aligned perfectly with the goals of the S.I.T.
The S.I.T had nothing against killing the guilty. In fact, they were the ones that usually did the killings for the government. As long as the victims of theirs aren't innocent civilians without supernatural powers, they are the one to do the executing. In a way, it is their job. The S.I.T was the law and the enforcement whenever it comes to the supernatural threats that might harm ordinary and innocent civilians.
