Mirian created an ice throne facing the lake.

Kame looked at the ice throne, finding it completely over-the-top for the current situation.

"If you weren't a spirit, I'd kill you," Mirian said.

"Sorry, Dmitry," Kame said.

"Don't worry, we're not in a relationship yet. Let's just find your friend," Dmitry said.

Dmitry used Amelia's gift, diving into the lake and altering his body to grow gills. He stood still, looking around. All he could see were muddy walls and a dark bottom.
