Here we go again

The sky was a bright vibrant blue. Everyone was happy, the thought of something bad happening was far from worry. Our guards were training in the fields. Everything seemed to be in place. No one had worried for what was to come. After all we had uninterrupted peace for around a year. The lands were happy the cities were thriving. Peace at last. Or so we thought…

In a bang the sky ruptured. Black smoke appeared, trees caught fire, troupes attacked. What had seemed like a peaceful day had actually turned out to be deadly. We were caught off guard. "Here we go again", Lumia mumbled under her breath, Lydia looked unfazed by what had just happened, both Amber and her mom Stella were doing their hair. Then it hit me they weren't scared at all. They thought it would be a normal battle. So, what made me more alert than them. Within an instant troupes were on the ground weapons high. Ferron, Max, and Jaxson were ready to protect the planet at all costs. I saw Jaxson run over to Lumia and whisper something in her ear. The look she made was enough to give Lydia the hint that this was serious.

Now both Lumia, Lydia, Jaxson, and Amber were holding their scepters high. I could sense something bad was going to happen, so I prepared my powers. And just like that, they attacked...

Fear struck Lumia when Lydia got hit out of nowhere. Suddenly a flash of black appeared. We had thought that Lydia would be dead but instead she held the creatures head in her hand. That's I ordered my bow, arrow, and satchel. I broke one of the new potions we had created and threw it on one of the creatures headed my way.

I was shocked to see how efficient the potion was. That gave us the tiniest bit of hope that we could win this war. Both this new enemy's army along with our met sides. While we did sense some fear in our army, we knew that they wouldn't be afraid to fight. When we had thought that the entire army of the enemy was on the ground, we found out that the leader of the army wasn't on the ground.

I wasn't quite sure if this was a good idea, but I had Lydia say to the god how he wasn't that strong since he didn't come down and fight us. This made the god so angry that he wanted to see who dared to call him weak. Lydia looked the god up and down almost disgusted by what he saw. I wasn't expecting Amber to run out by Lydia's hand and try to face him together.

I knew a war was coming but I didn't know how bad it would be. And just like that he snapped. He reached for his sword and swung at Lydia. Lydia in a flash dodge the attack, but just then the soldiers started to attack us. "Charge", Ferron called out. The battle was fierce. With the help of the elements, we were able to get some leverage.

Skylar the wind element and Akira the fire element created a move so powerful it burned half of the army's troops. The four generals arrived from their army. The elements had also arrived before that. One general had glowing red eyes. It felt like those eyes could see straight through your soul. The second general carried an axe that had skulls on it. I watched carefully as he sharpened the axe glaring at Akira. The third general had swords on his back. Those consisted of black and red. He was especially glaring at Skylar. And the fourth general scared me too much. The same as third general only he had one sword. But something about the mark on his neck told me he was a lot dangerous than I thought.

Nydia our water element is normally calm but the way she was looking at the fourth general made me concerned. Was she catching a crush? I mean the fourth general was rather attractive. Rose hit Nydia to tell her stop catching feelings. In a flash Akira shot a ball of fire at the fourth general. "Stay away from her!" she said demanding. The fourth general bowed his head and aimed his sword for Nydia. Oh no. Nydia had her powers ready in case he attacked her.

Suddenly the second general attacked Akria. A blaze of fire went up. The first general tried to reach rose. She used her vines to rise the general up to the sky and then dropped him. The third general took aim at Skylar. She shook her head and blasted him with air. The fourth general looked at Nydia with a smirk. I was stunned by what I had saw. Was he trying to flirt with Nydia? This guy had some nerve. Nydia blasted him with some water. I was disappointed, but the fourth general looked as if he had never been rejected in his life. I watched as he tried to get closer to Nydia, but she wasn't letting him.

Finally, she knew that there was nothing in that guy. "Your attacks are weak", he said in this awful manor. Nydia normally doesn't mind being called weak, but something else made her mad. Was it the way he insulted her? I couldn't figure out, but just then she wasn't the kindhearted water element we knew. She became cold frozen even. Almost like an ice fairy. Then it hit me she was the one who taught water elves to transform into ice elves. I saw her blue, pink, and yellow dress turn into a short white dress.
