I've decided that I'm not going to the park to train today, which sucks cause it's a beautiful Saturday. The upside about today is I get to spend time with Hannah. She's coming over today, and I'm going to grill us some food on the grill, out in the back yard, of course.

Once the middle of November hits, the weather won't be a nice mix between Fall and summer anymore. It'll get really cold. So I thought it'd be fun if we both took a day to relax. Both of us had sport things to do yesterday, and the bus ride was a long one.

Coach Rodger's voice was completely gone from how much yelling he did. NJ really kept the game close, and Coach Rodgers didn't like that. We are the defending champions, after all. I'm excited that I get to ask how her meeting went yesterday.

She should be here any minute. I finish getting the stuff ready in the backyard, and as I set up the table. I hear a soft knock at the front door. "C'mon in!" The door opens, and I have yet to look. "I'm getting the things set up out here. Come and joi-!" I lift my head to look, but I'm not greeted by Hannah.

It's a man in a suit, and I soon see that he's a scout. "I'm betting you were expecting someone else." I step into the house, and I tower over the short man. I don't like this one bit. Coming over to my house unannounced and unwelcomed.

I'm still in high school, and I want to enjoy it. Not talk to NBA scouts. "I'm actually a representative for the New York Knicks. I've come to talk to you if we end up getting the first pick." The Knicks have a good chance for a high draft pick. Many are saying that they have the best shot for the number one pick.

I'm not in the mood to discuss anything like that. "I'm going to ask you to leave. I'm entertaining company soon." He nods his head and takes a card out of his pocket. He lays it on the kitchen table and makes his way to the door.

He opens it and on the other side is Hannah. Just about to knock. He moves aside to let her in, and she walks in.

He proceeds to walk through after she's in and closes the door behind him. "Don't mind him. Just some scout wanting to talk to me about the chances of getting drafted to their team." She looks at me with a look of understanding.

She's wearing snug-fitting yoga pants and long sleeve shirt. She walks past me towards the backyard, and I can't help myself from looking at her ass.

The sway of her hips isn't something that I get a chance to see often, especially while she's in yoga pants. "If you stare at it any harder, they'll light on fire." I hear her voice, and I lift my eyes to see her looking back at me with a grin and a bite of her lower lip.

I can't help but be a little embarrassed and show a blush. She giggles and keeps walking towards the backyard.

I follow her out like a puppy, well, more like a giraffe. I have to duck to make sure I don't hit my head. "I've never cooked on a grill before, so that we might end up with burnt food." This is going to be the first time I cook on a grill.

She smiles and sits down on one of the chairs around the table I set up. I pour some coals into the bottom of the grill and I pour some lighter fluid on. I light a match and toss it in.

A nice orange flame erupts and the heat is coming off it. "How did you're gymnastic's meet go?" She was lucky enough to have it in Holden.

She sighs and leans back in her chair. "It was great but not as great as the night you had. All I'm seeing or hearing anywhere in town is how you scored a 55 point triple-double on the road for a first win of the season." I love that she's wanting to talk about something regarding me, but I want to hear about her.

I give her a look that coveys this, and she understands. "There is one problem, though..." I look at her for an explanation. "Peyton has joined the Gymnastics team... We were told this morning during practice... The worst part is she's good..." Instead of putting food on the grill. I come over and grab a chair and sit right next to her. I wrap my arm around her. This sucks.
