"Walter, have you grown taller again?" Tara Summer asked as they walked, stood on her tiptoes, and measured the height difference with her hand.
"I'm twenty-seven, not seventeen, how could I have grown taller?" Walter looked at her with a smile. He could see she was continuously walking on her tiptoes and pausing to measure, so he also slowed his pace to match hers.
"Hmm, could it just be my imagination?" Tara stood on her tiptoes again. She was wearing platform sandals that added a five-centimeter boost to her height. However, she felt as if she was shorter than usual when standing next to him in flat shoes, which was why she couldn't help but ask.
The man only smiled and did not reply. The two were now quickly approaching the sports car, and the four American girls from before were still standing there.
Alice crossed her arms over her chest, her slanted gaze full of hostility as she stared at Tara.
