The library

Seth and belle made it to the front gate of Farcross. It's midnight at this point, Seth and belle headed inside and immediately Seth started feeling glances from the houses. "Hey what do y'all think yer doing," said a man in front of them, "I'm here to return this child," says Seth, "we don't want that demon child, we were trying to get rid of her now begone foul creatures!". Belle at this point belle is hurt emotionally and has started weeping. "Spare us your crocodile tears!" says the man, Seth at this point is already midway in transforming into his nightmare mode. His fur transformed in pristine black colour and red glowing eyes. The old man is terrified at the ungodly sight of a toothy grin the next second Seth menacingly walks toward the man looking down on him smiling.

The man is profusely sweating, he has never been so scared in his life. "wanna repeat everything for me I was a bit distracted" says Seth, "i-i-i s-stand by what i-i say" says the man, Seth lift his sickle-like claws under the man chin. "fu-" before he finishes talking Seth stabs the man with one claw through under his chin then out his mouth. He then faces belle while still drips down his claw. "should we take his stuff might come useful later on" belle doesn't say anything she just nods. Seth rummages through the man's pocket finds a key and some coins. Seth starts calming down and he reverts back to his normal form. "Belle, I'm trusting you with these coins can you keep em safe for me?" belle nods in agreement and hides the coin in a small purse.

Seth inspects the key and finds it has an

image of a writing feather. "belle have you seen this symbol before?" belle nodded "its the symbol for the library here in Farcross". This was a good thing for Seth as the library can tell him all about this new world. As he was about to leave for the library, he suddenly felt a sharp pain in his stomach and collapsed on his knees. belle hurried to Seth to try to help him up but he immediately pushed her back. Seth slowly stood up then, with a great amount of speed, runs to where he killed the man. Seth started gorging on the man body leaving nothing but bones.

Seth stood up again and started acting like nothing happened. He thought to himself "have humans always tasted like beef?' He looks at belle who's on the floor with a scraped knee. She starts weeping a little then Seth walks up to her and says " I'm sorry, you need help getting up?" She shakes her head and stands up "are you sure your alright?"said Seth she nods her head and then starts leading the way to the library and soon followed suit.

Few hours later

Seth and belle are at the entrance of the library. Seth trues to rotate the knob but it's locked. Belle takes out the key from the man and unlocks the doors. Inside is just what you see in any library. A desk at the front to welcome guests, rows of bookcases in the middle and desks at the very back. " alright go ahead and explore in the story books section or whatever I'll be at the fiction section" Seth said to belle. Belle nods and they part ways for the time being.

Seth goes through row by row of bookcases until he saw a glint of a book cover that caught his attention. He takes out the book and read the title called "the study of lycanthropes". "This'll be useful to read. I wonder if Belle found any interesting books as well" said Seth. He walks around the library when finally comes across Belle looking at two small grimoir-like book. She looks back and runs excitedly towards seth. "What is it?" says seth. "They're spell books. The on your left hand is a book of fire and the one on your right is a book of ice." belle says calmly. So you want me to have spells in my Arsenal? No monsters can't learn spells through books they get them by eating whatever has learned a spell. These books are for me but I'm not strong enough to be able to use both so I'm asking which should I learn first?
