SECOND LEAD SYNDROME
Edmond took a taxi back to the Han river where his car was parked. He left it there last night as they were too drunk and unable to drive.
While driving home, he reminisced on what happened last night. Although Kevin was too drunk and had no idea about the things that he had said, Edmond knows that he was speaking from the heart. It might have been full of rage against him but those rage was brought about by his deep affection for Amy. Like him, he loved her too much and that they had betrayed him when they runaway for the weekend without telling.
Thinking about it, Kevin and Amy spent the longest time together as compared to him. They had a longer period of time spent to develop a love affair so why didn't it happened? This puzzles Edmond. What made Kevin to not have that confidence to go on to the next level of their friendship and what made Amy hold back on falling in love with Kevin. Edmond was lost in thoughts.
