SONIC'S POV

"PUDDINGGG!!" Sonica squealed happily while taking a bite of the pudding that Shadow bought for her.

I chuckled a little and smiled.

"Is she...okay?" asked Amy while placing a plate of chillidogs on the table.

I bit my bottom lip and said, "Well, she's been acting like a child after that whirlpo-" Shadow quickly nudged me and my eyes widened for a second.

Right! Her powers are a secret!

"She's been acting like a child since morning. We don't know why." Shadow replied while taking a chillidog.

"Oh.." Amy looked at Sonica who was playing with the pudding by poking it with a spoon, "Jiggly Jiggly~"

I sighed and put my head down on the table.

What has happened to my Sonica...

"I want more!!" Sonica started whining.

I sighed and gently rubbed her head, "You shouldn't eat so much pudding. You already ate too much."

She pouted, "But I want more..."

"Aww.." I gently pulled her onto my lap and wrapped my arms around her, "Let's eat chillidog instead, okay?"

"No.." she mumbled while burying her face in my chest.

I gently stroked her quills and felt a bit awkward as Tails, Sticks, Knuckles and Amy chuckled.

Then they started eating the chillidogs and burgers while talking to eachother.

"Can I have some cake?" Sonica whispered against my chest.

I chuckled and gently kissed her forehead, "Why do you want to eat so much sweets today?"

"Because sweets are sweet~!" she squeaked and bit her bottom lip, "I want cake~"

I chuckled again and kissed her nose softly, "Nope."

She pouted, "Please.."

"No. Have this chillidog." I handed her the chillidog and she looked down while pouting, "I hate you.."

"What?!" I shouted with wide eyes and she flinched while whimpering.

Amy, Tails, Sticks and Knuckles turned their attention towards us.

"I-I am sorry, Sonica.." I rubbed her back softly.

Why did I shout like that?!

She sniffled and quickly clinged to Shadow. Shadow looked at me with a confused look while rubbing her head softly with his hand.

"What happened to her.." asked Tails while looking at me.

I sighed and put my hand on my face, "We have to bring our old Sonica back.."

Shadow nodded.

Sonica sniffled and mumbled to Shadow, "I want to go home, dada.."

"Dada?!" Everyone expect Shadow said in surprise.

Sonica winced again.

"Guys.. She doesn't like loud sounds." I whispered while sighing.

"I think we should take her home.." said Shadow as Sonica clinged to him with tears rolling down her cheeks.

"We will come too... I am worried about her.." said Amy, worriedly.

I nodded and looked at Sonica.

"I am scared, dada..." She sniffled while clinging more to Shadow.

"It's okay, Sonica... You are safe.." He softly stroked her quills and sighed.

I sighed as well and said, "Let's take her home."

Just then the ground started shaking and then many bee bots, crab bots and motobug robots appeared out of nowhere. Then Eggman also came in his eggmobile.

"Eggman!" I clenched my fists and shouted angrily, "Why now?!"

Sonica whimpered and buried her face in Shadow's chest fur.

I sighed and rubbed my face with my hand, "I have to maintain silence as far as possible.."

"Tadaa! Meet your end, Sonic! My new robot! I am going to name it 'Destroyer104'!! " Eggman pressed a button on his eggmobile and then huge heavy metal footsteps were heard.

"Oh no no no no.." I gripped my quills.

"You must be scared, blue pineapple." Eggman laughed evilly.

"No!" I clenched my fists, then quickly quietened my voice, "Just stay quiet, Eggman. If you want to battle then we can battle. But no loud noise.."

"No loud noise? Why not?" Eggman groaned.

"There must be some reason, Dr. Eggman." Orbot popped up in the middle.

"Whatever!!" Eggman shouted. Then the huge robot (Destroyer104) approached us and the battle began.

But I sighed, "Amy.. Please take Sonica home."

She nodded and ran to Sonica but Sonica whimpered while clinging to Shadow again, "No!"

"It's okay, Sonica.. I won't hurt you.." Amy gently rubbed Sonica's head with her hand and Sonica looked at her while sniffling.

"What's wrong with her?" Eggman frowned.

"Shut up and fight." I growled and used my spin attack to attack Destroyer104.

God! what a name!

Tails, Sticks and Knuckles started destroying the bee bots, crab bots and motobugs.

I was about to give another hit to the so-called Destroyer104 robot but then I heard Sonica whimpering and whining, and I paused.

"Sonica.." I quickly ran to her.

What happened to her?!

"Is she okay?" Eggman asked while looking at her.

"She has been acting like a child since morning.." I sighed.

"Oh.. What happened to her?" Eggman asked again.

"Why do you care?" I clenched my fists.

"Because she is one of my best rivals I have ever met. She's not like any of you." Eggman crossed his arms.

"Oh shut up!" I growled. Then Eggman and I started fighting with words. But we had completely forgotten about Destroyer104 that was now attacking the village!

"Someone help us!!!" Someone screamed as a huge flame formed around a house.

"Oh no..." I and Eggman said in unison.

Knuckles and Shadow quickly ran to save the villagers while Amy, Sticks and Tails were still destroying the other robots excluding Destroyer104.

"You have to stop that machine!" I shouted.

"I can't! Its off switch is in it's control panel inside it's head." Eggman shouted back.

"We have to stop it!" I ran towards the robot and my eyes widened, "Amy! Where's Sonica?!"

"Sonica just-" Amy smashed a bee bit with her hammer, "She just ran away from us! And the giant robot went after her in the jungle! You have to go after her, Sonic!"

I nodded and quickly ran towards the jungle.

Shadow, Knuckles, Amy, Sticks and Tails were all busy with rescuing the villagers and fighting bee bots, motobugs and all. So I had to hurry more!

I quickened my pace and looked around the forest while shouting, "Sonica!! Where are you?!"

Just then I heard the heavy metallic footsteps of Destroyer104. I followed the sound and soon found Sonica. But my eyes widened when I saw that the robot was shooting huge flames of fire at Sonica! And Sonica was all covered in flames, I could barely see her through the fire!

Without wasting a second I also ran towards the robot with tears rolling down my cheeks and then electric sparks formed around my quills.

"STOP!!!" I shouted with tears in my eyes while attacking the robot again and again, "STOP! STOP! STOP!!"

Just then Shadow teleported to me and we both hit the robot at the same time. THANK GOD, the robot's control got damaged and it FINALLY stopped its flames!

"Sonica!!" I quickly ran to her and tried to stop the fire that was all over her fur but my gloves also got burnt! I was panicking and had no idea what to do!!!

But then Sonica shook her head quickly that made the fire on her quills disappear, and then she rubbed her arms to extinguish the fire that was all over her fur and quills.

Tears of happiness rolled down my cheeks...

SHE WASN'T HURT AT ALL!! SHE'S OKAY! SHE'S OKAYY!!!!

GOD, I WAS SO HAPPY!!

"SONICA!!!" I hugged her very very very tightly, "SONICA!! THANK GOD YOU ARE OKAY!!!" I sighed happily while hugging her even tighter.

"You scared me, Sonica.." Shadow let out a relieved, happy sigh.

"Sonic! Sonica! Shadow! Are you guys, okay?" Amy, Tails, Knuckles and Sticks came running towards me.

"Yeah." I sighed happily again while hugging her tighter.

But she pulled away from the hug while growling, "Stop this!"

I looked at her and and gently cupped her cheek with my hand, "Sonica.."

"What?!" She asked while smacking my hand away.

"What happened to you, Sonica.." I looked at her with sad eyes while cupping her cheek again.

She growled and turned away.

"Soni-"

"Why can't you shut up for a while, blue hedgehog?!" Sonica shouted in a angry voice.

I clenched my fists and grabbed her by her shoulders, "What's wrong with you?!" I looked into her eyes but her eyes were red. Earlier her eyes were blue but now they were red...

Something's not right...

"Shadow.. We need to talk.." I stepped back and looked at Shadow.

"What do you mean?" asked Tails.

I sighed and was about to say something but then-

SONICA SHOT A FIREBALL TOWARDS ME..?!

"Sonica!" I dodged the fireball and grabbed her wrist, "What are you doing?!"

"How did she shoot that fireball?!" shouted Sticks, Tails, Knuckles amd Amy in unison with wide eyes.

Oh no..

Sonica growled and looked away while muttering under her breath, "You guys are annoying.."

"Sonica.." I clenched my fists and sighed, "Sonica... What is wrong..."

"Sonic, how did that fireb-"

"Guys! Guys! Guys! You won't believe what I have!" Silver suddenly jumped out of the portal.

"What do you have, Silver?" asked Sticks with a raised eyebrow and everyone (excluding Sonica, me and Shadow) got interested in that.

I and Shadow looked at eachother and let out a sigh of relief.

But Silver really came like an angel and saved us from revealing Sonica's secret. Thank you, Silver. Thank you so so much.

"These are the tickets for tonight's concert.." Silver laughed nervously.

"How many do you have?" asked Knuckles.

"Well..umm.." Silver started counting the tickets and said, "I have got 7 tickets. The queue would be too long. I went to the future to get the tickets faster."

Shouldn't you say "Past", Silver!?

"Oh.. but we are eight. I, Sticks, Tails, Knuckles, Sonic, Sonica, Shadow and you." said Amy while looking at each of us.

"Oh.. but I remember that I counted each of you." Silver scratched his head and his eyes widened "But I forgot to count myself!"

Everyone except Shadow and Sonica burst out laughing.

"Now one of us has to give up their ticket!" said Knuckles.

"I am not interested in such concerts. You can take mine." said Sonica and Shadow in unison.

Amy sighed and looked at me with a 'What do we do now?' look on her face.

"Well then... Why don't the 5 of you go to the concert?" I suggested.

They looked at eachother and started discussing what to do.

When they were busy discussing, I whispered to Shadow, "Sonica's eyes have got red."

"I can see that, you moron. And I think I know why." He whispered back while looking at Sonica who was juggling with some fireballs.

Wait-what?!

My eyes widened and I quickly grabbed Sonica's wrists, "Sonica, stop this!" I whisper-yelled.

"What's wrong, Sonic?" asked Tails.

"Ummm... Guys, we have to go. We have a very very important work. Gotta go! Bye!" I grabbed Shadow and Sonica's wrists and started running.

"Blue hedgehog! Stop!" Sonica shouted but I kept pulling them along until we reached Sonica's house.

"What is wrong with you?!" Sonica pulled her wrist away and crossed her arms.

I clenched my fists and grabbed her by her shoulders, "I SHOULD BE ASKINH WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU!! WHY WERE YOU USING YOUR POWERS THERE?! WEREN'T YOU THE ONE WHO TOLD US TO KEEP IT A SECRET?! WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO YOU?!" I ended up breathing heavily and looked away.

She just stared at me before turning away, "I-I don't know.. I just came here after Charm got scared."

"Charm?" I and Shadow looked at her with a frown, "What do you mean?"

"Ugh! You don't know?" She rolled her eyes and said, "The one who was acting like a small child earlier was Charm. I am Chaos."

"What?!" I and Shadow shouted in a not-knowing-what-emotion!

"Didn't you hear me?!" She growled and flames of fire formed on her hands.

"Calm down already! Why are you so angry all the time?!" I clenched my fists.

She rolled her eyes again, "That's the point, dumbass. I am Chaos. The angry version of so-called Sonica."

I and Shadow looked at eachother and then at...Sonica.

"Angry version of Sonica? That's why your eyes are red..?" I put my hands over my face, "oh boy.. why is this happening.."

"But h-"

"No more questions!!" She shouted angrily.

I looked at her.

"First that hugs and all! And now so many questions! I am sick of all of this! I can't t-"

I cut her off with a soft kiss on her lips. "Calm down, Sonica.." I whispered while rubbing her cheeks with nut thumbs.

She closed her eyes and kissed me back.

I slowly broke the kiss and looked at her. But when she opened her eyes, I saw that her eyes were pink and her face also looked shy.. like..why?

"Sonica.. Are you okay..?" I looked at her while scratching my head.

"Yes.." She clinged to me while blushing, "I love you, Sonic.."

"I love you too, Sonica.." I rubbed her back in a soothing manner.

"I really really love you, Sonic.. I want to be yours.." She softly nuzzled my cheek.

Now this got me suspicious..

"Who are you? I mean what version of Sonica are you?" asked Shadow.

She wrapped her arms around my neck while smiling, "Everyone calls me Lovey. The lovely version of Sonica."

"Uh.." I and Shadow were blinked in surprise, "O..kay..."1

"Yes." She smiled and kissed my lips.

"L-Lovey.. I mean, Sonica, What's going on?" I asked while breaking the kiss.

She held my hands and I looked into her pink eyes, "Sonica had bottled up all her emotions since she was a child. She never really expressed her feelings to anyone. And that day when she was in the lake, she felt a dark energy in her. We tried to fight against that dark energy but failed. And she created a whirlpool without her wish but when we tried to stop her, she got out of control and got unconscious in the bottom of the lake."

I stared at her for a few seconds before asking, "Who do you mean by 'we' and 'she' ?"

She looked down while holding my arm, "I, Chaos, Charm, Thunder,Blue, Idle and Terror tried to fight her. But she was way too stronger than us. She has also trapped Joy in her own darkness..."

"Who do you mean by she?" asked Shadow.

"Well.. she just appears all of a sudden and takes control over Sonica. She is always dark and blur. We haven't seen her face or anything. She was like hollow or void... That's why we call her Void..." She looked up at me while still clinging to me.

"But how did her emotions...get divided into such versions like you?" I sighed while wrapping my arms around her.

She looked down and mumbled, "Well that's because of the chaos emerald. Remember the day Shadow used the chaos emerald to extract the darkness from Sonica? Well, he actually trapped Void in that emerald for a while. But Void reversed th-"

"There's no need to reveal everything, Lovey!" She growled at herself, her eyes were red again.

"S-Sorry, Chaos.." She said to herself again and her eyes turned pink again.

"Why is this happening.." I put my hands over my face and sighed.

"Why? Aren't you happy with me?" She wrapped her arms around my neck again with a pout.

I gently caressed her cheek with my thumb, "You know whom I really love..." Then I sighed, "Let's go inside now."

She nodded with a smile and we went inside her house. I looked at Shadow amd sighed again.

I really really want my real Sonica back...

Then I sat down on the couch but Sonica sat on my lap while facing me.

"Would you like something, Sonica?" I stroked her quills softly.

"No, thankyou." She kissed my cheek and smiled.

"Sonic! Look what we found!" Sticks appeared behind me while keeping her hands behind her back.

"What is it, Sticks?" I asked while stroking Sonica's quills as she purred against my chest.

"Tadaa! It's such a little cutie. I am going to name it Spidey!" Sticks said while holding out her hands infront of her and showing us a black spider.

I had a bit grossed expression on my face but Sonica screamed and clinged to me tightly while whimpering.

"Oh no no no! Sticks! Put that spider away!" I said while tightly wrapping my arms around Sonica.

"Ugh! Why is everyone saying that?! Let's go, Spidey. These people don't understand us." Sticks muttered to the spider while walking away.

"It's okay now, Sonica..." I stroked her quills and sighed.

Then she looked up at me while whimpering, her eyes were a light shade of purple. "I-Is it really gone?" She looked around while whimpering, she was still clung to me.

"Yes, Sonica.. It's gone.." I sighed and leaned against the couch.

"You must be the scared version of Sonica?" asked Shadow while sitting next to us.

"H-How do you know.." she looked at him while clinging to me tighter.

"We are trying to get used to this. So what's your name?" asked Shadow again.

"T-They call me T-Terror..." She answered quietly and I facepalmed.
