"What happened, Blue? I mean how did Nicholai disappear? That's… That's impossible. The security in her school is very strict."

I stared at Mari. She visited me here in Sunny's condo unit. Yes, I'm living with my sister. Edward and Nicholas are also here. We're waiting for Theo and Balthazar since they informed us that they got the information. Meanwhile, Ricci drove Sunny to school. My sister doesn't want to go to school since she's worried about Nicholai but she can't neglect her studies.

I swallowed hard. I’m scared for my daughter. I know Laura is capable of hurting her. I can’t lose my daughter. I will die. I will die if something bad happens to her.

"Blue!” Mari shook my shoulders. I met her eyes and swallowed hard. Edward told her about my memories. I’m glad that she’s still the same Mari who was friends with Ava Sandoval. I’m glad I found a true friend in her.
