Chapter 55 I Want You

Blue's POV

We're inside Nicholas' study room. He invited me here after our dinner. I guess he's now opening himself to me since he brought me here. I'm happy. Actually I'm more than happy. Reconciling with Nicholas has been conquering my mind for the past few days and here we are now.

He caressed my waist as he pulled me closer to him. We're sitting on the couch while his free hand is playing with my fingers. He rested his chin on my shoulder and sniffed my neck. He's becoming clingy again and I like it.

"Laura was my ex-girlfriend. She left without a word. She left me for money. Now, she came back to my life, wanting to have me again."

I heaved a sigh and faced him. I caressed his cheek. "Why did you meet with her?"

Anger crossed his eyes as he gritted his teeth. "She said she had some information about my mom's death. It was true. She gave me the right information, but she tried to trick me. She put a drug in my drink and I was unconscious for one night and day."
