Infinite Tower

[Congratulations! You have been selected as the sole Player to take on the Infinite Tower. You'll be transported in a split second.]

His entire body began to be covered in a white mist, which he attempted but failed to repel. He didn't freak out and just let it happen, thinking it had something to do with the test.

Whoosh

He had vanished.

He was sucked into the white mist and was now floating inside an endless void with no end and only darkness around him. He waited for something to happen because he needed to finish this test or something.

[You have arrived safely at the Cosmic Paradise. Please proceed to the massive gate and open it by placing your finger on the key.]

He scanned the transparent purple window that appeared out of nowhere. He thought it looked like something from a video game.

He did as instructed and proceeded to the gate. Apart from the gate, there was nothing but an endless void.

When he arrived, he placed his finger on it and waited for a second before the massive gate began to tremble. The gate slowly opened, allowing Aaron to enter and then closing itself once he was inside.

[This floor is only a starting point; there is no danger here. Unless you're in a battle, you can teleport back here at any time.]

[First and foremost, please splatter some blood on the floor]

"Blood?"

There was no response from the window, so he just did what it said because he had no other option. 'Wait a minute, how am I supposed to-' Something metallic fell from behind him before he could even think about it.

He ran toward a weapon he saw on the ground. He took it and examined it, which opened another window with basic information about the weapon.

'It's quite useful.' He then brought the weapon close to his hand and prepared to sever his palm.

He inhaled some air and then exhaled it, attempting to calm himself down. After all, he was about to cut himself, which he had never done before.

'Let's just do it in one motion,' he reasoned and did so with a quick sway.

"Argh...!" He groaned and put his hand over his mouth, trying not to scream.

Drip, drip, drip

His blood started dripping on the ground, and the entire room-like thing changed color from completely black to a more blueish color the moment it touched the ground.

He attempted to stop the bleeding at first, but for some reason, the cut vanished and his hand stopped bleeding.

'Does that mean I can heal myself here no matter what I've injured?' Shit.'

He then returned his gaze to the window and followed its instructions.

'So these are my stats, huh? I'm a big fan of this type of system, so I'm surprised I have one.' He pondered. 'Since I have a system, I'm guessing I'll have to kill monsters, right? I just hope I can because my body isn't in great shape right now.'

He didn't know much about the system because every system was different, and this could be one of those systems as well.

'Four tabs are quite good. Let's see what it has to offer.'

Because the first tab is the Status Window, he clicked on the second one and waited for it to appear.

[The Player can summon these tabs in two ways: by saying it aloud or by clicking on the screen.]

He quickly closed the window, and it vanished. He had no idea, and now that he does, he quickly does the same thing to all the other windows, effectively blocking everything.

When he was finished, he looked at the new window, which was the second tab. It was called the Skill Window. It was a place where you could assess your skill sets.

You can obtain two types of skills: active skills that require activation to use and passive skills that do not require activation.

He didn't have any right now, so there wasn't much for him to look at.

He moved on to the third one quickly. He closed the Skill Window and went to the third tab. It was where he could browse his quests.

He was currently assigned two quests that stated the following,

'There is also this type of thing. The daily quest, on the other hand, irritates me. My body can't take it any longer. I'm so slow that I can't even run for a few minutes, so how can they expect me to finish this ridiculous task?' He was thinking this as he looked at his own body, which was covered in fat all over.

Aaron is a 17-year-old man who has never been skinny since puberty. Being on the chubby side all the time. It wasn't extreme until his sophomore year of high school. His belly expanded, as did his thighs. His ass grew large enough to be mistaken for a girl, and his boobs appeared feminine.

It was extremely embarrassing, but he kept it and just went on with his life. He knew he needed to change, but he wasn't sure how. He attempted to seek assistance from a dietician, but he had to wait a month to visit the hospital and see what they could do.

He waited and waited, but he became ill before he could go. The appointment was canceled, and several weeks passed. He forgot about it and only tried to make an appointment again a few days before he was transported here.

Nonetheless, he saw an opportunity. An opportunity to transform himself and his body. He clenched his fists and stared at the Daily Quest.

'I can finally change things... I'm not going to give up, no matter what. I need to work hard every day to achieve my ideal body.' He was adamant, and he had made a promise to himself.

'I will train myself, improve myself, and, most importantly, change for the better.'

He took a deep breath in and then exhaled it after calming down. He then proceeded as before, putting the third tab away. He selected the fourth tab.

It was a Shop! He was given a long list that he could scroll through, and he saw many items such as potions, food, clothing, weapons, and even mystery boxes. He was ecstatic and believed that if he wanted to survive here, he would have to use this Shop every day.

He then looked beneath the tab and saw the currency that could be used to pay for the Shop. It was the Player Points that he had noticed earlier in his Status Window.

'I see, so I have to collect Player Points in order to buy these things? That makes sense.' He gave a nod.

When he was finished, he waited for the system to respond.

[Now that the Player has finished everything, you can proceed to the official floor 1. Please proceed to the black door in front of you. Open it and start fighting. Good luck!]

Because it appeared that the system would vanish after that, he simply said, "Thank you," and continued on his way.

When he opened the door, he saw something he had never seen before. A room with a high ceiling and a narrow width. You could see the ends of the vast room, which was shrouded in a black mist. Aside from that, there was grass, trees, and even bushes everywhere. There were no clouds in the sky, and there was no sun. It appeared strange but relaxing.

He took a step forward, looking around to see what else he could see. It wasn't particularly large, but he felt pleasantly at ease looking around.

"KIEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!" He heard a loud shriek and turned to see where it came from when he noticed a small, green creature coming out of one of those bushes.

He stared at it, and some information appeared above its head.
