Chapter 13 : First Day

The next day, Miyagawa woke up a little later than usual because of the fatigue generated by the previous day's training.

He took his lunch with his family and got dressed before leaving the house and heading towards the place he had so coveted for several months.

Arrived at the hospital, he entered and went to the office of Akako in which he waited for about ten minutes before seeing her with an exhausted air and rings under the eyes.

"My little doctor is on time."

"Hello Mrs. Akako."

"Hello, this is your first day, you will follow the nurses to familiarize yourself with the hospital."

She gave him some instructions to follow in order not to disturb the employees and advised him some books in the hospital library before taking him to a nurse named Ritsuko before leaving.

"My little Miyagawa, how cute you are, with a face like that you must be popular."

"Huh."

Ritsuko pinching his cheek and rubbing his hair with a big smile made him feel a little embarrassed.

"Come on I'll introduce you to the others before we start the service."

"To the others?"

She pulled Miyagawa slightly confused to a place whose entrance would make any man embarrassed.

The women's locker room.

"Ritsu who is this little guy."

"How cute he is."

"Ritsu you didn't kidnap him, did you?"

"Am i that kind of person?"

"Yes!"

"*Sigh* so little faith in a friend you disappoint me Hanae, it was doctor Akako who asked me to take care of him, he wants to learn medical ninjutsu."

"Oh he wants to become a doctor how cute, come give big sister a hug."

Miyagawa standing surrounded by a dozen women half naked or in underwear pinching his cheeks could not help but doubt this world.

Miyagawa, his cheeks flushed from being pinched and his hair in disarray, followed Ritsuko and her colleague Hanae into a large room with dozens of beds on which lay patients with various injuries or their bodies wrapped in bandages.

They started to check the condition of the patients, change the bandages of some while Miyagawa was in charge of the most noble task, emptying the chamber pots.

They continued to go from room to room to help the patients and check on their health until about two o'clock at lunch time when Miyagawa the chamber pot bouncer was allowed to go to the hospital's library.

Ritsuko brought him there before leaving him by advising him some free time before going on working.

Miyagawa looked at the large windowless underground room with more than a hundred shelves with books and scrolls neatly arranged taking a deep breath of air.

He walked around the room for a while and met many people busy reading various scrolls or books with attention.

After going around the room, he began to look for the books he had been advised.

He quickly found them with two scrolls that interested him, "Human Anatomy and Chakra Beginner" and "Ninjutsu Medical Basic and Technical Volume One" and immersed himself in their study until the evening.

"I see the medical world of this world is more complex than it looks."

Miyagwa sighed as he returned the books he had consulted to their places.

In his vision of this world the medical-nin were the only reliable doctors whose skills were based on their medical ninjustsu but he had just seen that the world was larger than he thought.

Miyagawa slightly tired from reading out of the library and left the hospital without seeing Akako busy with an operation, he then said goodbye to Ritsuko and went to his training ground but did not find Dai there.

"I really have a lot to learn but with a little perseverance I will be able to use my abilities to the fullest."

He said as he clenched his fists with a bright smile before beginning his daily training until nightfall.

"Agh!"

Tired and getting ready to go home, he suddenly stopped and turned his head away towards the scream he had just heard with a frown.
