Ruined

All the people who were trying to kill Isaiah laid dead or were on their final moments before their deaths.

Isaiah yawned and dusted the non-existent dirt from his clothes. Even when he fought, he did it elegantly.

Cree who didn't dare to blink his eyes through out the fight scene worrying that he might miss seeing Isaiah while he used his inacantions cutely, finally blinked his eyes not paying attention to the tears falling from his eyes because of not willing to blink his eyes for a long time.

He mentally noted that even when fightening, Isaiah can't stop being cute.

Isaiah leisurely turned around to unexpectedly see the crying boy.

'Was Cree scared seeing many people fightening him at once and think he would lose?'

Isaiah was indeed shocked seeing the cheerful and annoying boy cry.

He unconsciously leaned and wiped the tears from the blushing younger boy's face with his thumb.

'He is still a kid after all..'

The cold witch being kind was very rare from Cree's prespective, he thought it was too alluring that he couldn't help b-but.. feel his lower half ache wanting release.

"Don't want to come with me to the town any more?"

Cree panicked, afraid that Isaiah will leave him behind, he quickly replied: "I want to! Let's go"

At last, Isaiah reached his hometown.

To Isaiah's astronishment, the town was.. not like it used to be.. the once lively town seemed as if there was not even a single soul living here.

Cracked blocks and stones were broken up by meandering tree roots. The steps and staircases were pitted, Caved-in roofs weighed down by vines or other foliage.

Sculpted archways in the entrance of the town were now stained by molds. Isaiah inhaled the earthy scents of moist dirt and dead leaves.

He stepped on a broken rock underfoot and the ground was uneven everywhere.

Thee debris from shattered houses were spread on the ground. Isaiah's face was gloomy and his lips compressed.

Everything was gone.. Everything was destroyed..

Isaiah stood in front of his home where he lived with his brother, Claude happily. The enormous main gates of his house were wide open.

His heart felt as if an animal was clawing on it. His home seemed like it was many, many, many years old.

In the whole town only his home remained. Aunt Mary's house which was next to where he lived, looked like a giant had sat on the roof, for it sagged terribly.

His house outlasted the others because it's made of concrete. Floor, roof, ceiling. Only one of eight glass windows remained, wavy and yellowed by time.

The faded blue exterior was covered in dirt and greenish grime.

"This.." that was the first word that Isaiah spoke ever since he came back to his town.

Confused, Cree started to speak: "Maybe it's rude to ask you this, but I can't stop being curious.. why did you want to come to a town which was abandoned for many centuries?"

Isaiah couldn't believe his ears, he desperately hoped whatever he heard now, was just him mishearing things.
