Chapter 55 She is just lazy bum

Chu Yueli finally free from all of her duty and she headed toward the Xiao Clan to celebrate Naruto's birthday.

She was all smiling until she saw someone on the way to the Xiao Clan.

She couldn't believe it.

"Big sister, You are here but why haven't you gone inside the clan yet?"

Chu Yueli spoke to Chu Yuechan who was floating around the Xiao Clan.

She was reluctant to go inside for some reason.

Chu Yueli understood why her big sister hadn't gone inside the Xiao Clan since they had been together for more than fifty years.

She knew that she was too embarrassed to ask for help.

She was a strong woman and she respected that. However, sometimes she needed to step back and ask for help if it was too hard for her.

Chu Yuechan was startled when she heard her little sister. She sighed when she saw her.

Her frozen heart was already broken so she could feel emotions clearly.

She felt envious that her little sister had become so strong that she could not sense her anymore.

As a big sister she also felt that she was really failing her role.

"I can't. I wanted to go and ask him but every time I went near him. I felt like I became a shameless woman."

Chu Yuechan said with self hatred. 

Just a simple step but she couldn't do it.

She started to doubt herself if she was suited to be a cultivator.

She wasn't shameless enough to ask for help.

Chu Yueli heard that and she giggled a little bit. Her big sister was really silly and cute at the same time.

"Oh, my. You are overthinking things again, big sister. Come with me. I will help you."

Chu Yueli knew that being self reserved was the quality to gain trust from Naruto.

Even though Daji always taught him to be shameless and selfish. However, she could not change his essences.

Chu Yueli grabbed her big sister's hand and then she dragged her toward the Xiao Clan.

Chu Yuechan wanted to resist but she could no longer resist as she was far stronger than her.

She could only let herself be dragged by her. It wasn't like she was so unwilling.

'Maybe this might be better.'

Inside the Xiao Clan.

Naruto felt a lot better after what happened.

He felt someone flying toward the Xiao Clan and with his cultivation he already knew who it was.

He looked toward the sky and found that Chu Yueli had dragged Chu Yuechan with her as he had expected.

He smiled at her and waved at her.

"You are finally free, Yueli-san."

Chu Yueli smiled back at him then landed near him with her big sister.

"Sorry for being late Na'er, I have dealt with all of the work so I am free today."

Chu Yueli sighed when she thought about the work she would be put in charge of in the future.

"And congratulations on your twelve birthday Na'er. This is the gift from the sect and here is my personal gift for you."

Chu Yueli brought two gifts for him. One was for formality and the other was for her personal feelings.

"Thank you very much Yueli-san."

Naruto thanked her and kept all of the gifts inside his Yang seal.

He would only keep souls and his parents' belongings inside the Sky Poison Pearl.

Chu Yueli started to tell him about her sect and general things. She told him that she missed living with him and everyone very much.

Especially when the food that her senior and junior sister cook for her was too bland and tasteless.

After she finished talking to him, she looked at her big sister.

She gave her the signal.

Chu Yuechan was still inexperienced in asking for help and Naruto knew that.

He didn't want her to run away again so he didn't let her speak.

"You can come and cultivate with us Yuechan-san. You don't have to feel bad about it. It is also something that we want, right everyone?"

Naruto looked at Hinata, Hanabi, and Xia Qingyue.

Hanabi and Xia Qingyue nodded at her and told her that she didn't have to think much about it.

It was just like gathering for close friends that wanted to help one another.

"Yes, it would be better if we had more people in our group. The more the better."

Hanabi said with an easy going smile unknown to what her big sister was thinking.

Hinata was the only one who hesitated at first but everyone knew why. Her yin energy was so strong that she needed Naruto to suppress it.

It would take some time before she would get used to it.

She almost let her dark side show up but she controlled the urge and then said with a beautiful smile.

"Yes, the more the better. We can cultivate faster when there are more people in our group."

It was true that the more members they cultivate the more progress they make.

However, they would only accept females in their group because imagining doing it with someone else would make them feel disgusted.

They could only cultivate with Naruto only.

Chu Yuechan, when she saw that no one would deny her and welcome her openly.

She nodded her head and said thanks to everyone.

"But you have to wait for a year or two before we come back again. I have to go back to my village first."

Naruto would go back to his world today with Hinata and Hanabi.

Chu Yuechan shook her head and said.

"A year or two isn't much for us cultivators."

"Then will you go back to the sect and help me?"

"I think I will cultivate here with Xia Qingyue."

"You are actually a lazy bum aren't you big sister."

"....."

She was so aloof before and didn't care about other things except for cultivation.

People mistook her as the ice goddess who didn't care about other things and focused only on the cultivation.

But now the facade is gone. Her true personality shone brightly to those who were close to her.

Chu Yuechan didn't say anything anymore before she floated away. The way she floated looked cute to everyone who could fly.

"Should we at least teach her how to fly first?"

Chu Yueli smiled and watched her big sister run away from responsibilities.
