The Queen

*Sarah Pov*

Assassin: "Fine. Have it your way. I was told not to hurt you too badly, but I was also told to bring you with me using any means necessary."

*Time Skip after dealing with the Assassin*

After beating the assassin, I tied him up then walked to the door. Opening it, I see my love's face filled with worry, sadness, and loneliness.

*NO ONE'S POV*

Vic: "I-I know we kind of rushed things, but please, if you don't want to go on a date tell me. You don't have to hide yourself for so long. It's okay if you didn't want to go. I feel like a id.iot for coming up with this plan. I shouldn't have-"

Interrupting Vic in the middle of her sentence, Sarah wrapped her arms around Vic's waist to pull her close. Once they were close enough, Sarah kissed Vic hard, shock, Vic stood there for a good 5 seconds before kissing back just as hard.

Having to pull apart from the lack of oxygen made them both a bit sad, but they lean towards each other until their head touches each other. Staying like that for a bit, until Sarah decides to break the silence.

Sarah: "My love, I do want to go on that date. I even wore this nice outfit for it. I'm looking forward to it. I took a bit longer than I thought to deal with a dead man. Come in and see."

Once they pulled apart from each other, Sarah grabbed Vic's hands and led her into their bedroom to see a man tied on the floor, groaning from being in pain. When Vic saw the man, her eyes went wide for a second but then she became angry and worried for her love.

Vic: "Are you okay? Are your hurt? Did he hurt you? I'm going to kill that bast.ard."

Before Vic could do anything, Sarah wrapped her arms around her waist to pull her close. Victoria stopped what she was doing and looked at Sarah in confusion on why she would stop her.

Sarah: "Love, if you deal with him, what are going to do about our date? Are we going to put a hold on that or are we going on our date? I'm was looking forward to our date tonight."

Frowning, Vic asked "Are you protecting him?"

Sarah: "Of course not. Who do you I am? I'm not just going to let someone who tried to kidnap me go."

Vic: "Oh so he tried to kidnap you. I see, I'll just have to break his neck. Then I'll-"

Sarah: "Honey. You can do that later I promise, but for now, I really want to go on our date. Can we?"

Being called honey made Vic blushed and stutter when she answered Sarah.

Vic: "U-umm, ye-yeah. Let's go on our date. I'll have the guards bring him down to the dungeon for now and I'll deal with him later. Guards!!!"

Two guards came running to their queen, awaiting orders.

Vic: "Bring this intruder down to the dungeon. I will deal with him later. Make sure you keep a close eye on him. If he escapes, it will be your head. Now then, let's go on our date honey."

**Time Skip After the Date**

After the date, Sarah and Vic went down the dungeons to interrogate the assassin some questions.

Vic: "You know you don't have to come with me right?"

Sarah: "You always say that, but I will always go with you because I don't want you going alone just in case something happens. Plus, I don't want you to get your hands dirty when I'm here to help you do the dirty work."

*Vic's POV*

Hearing what Sarah said had made me blush. I don't know if Sarah can see my face since it is a little dark down here. Gosh, she always makes me blush. Nobody's ever really done something like this for me, so when she does things because she cares about me, it makes my heart skip a beat.

Vic: "T-Thank you."

Sarah: "You don't have to thank me, I would do anything for you."

Gosh, if she doesn't stop making me blush, no one is going to take me seriously, but, I love it when she cares for me.

Once we reached the bottom of the stairs, we walked down a hall until we get to the assassinator's cell.

Vic: "Well then, let's see who it is under that mask shall we."

*Sarah's POV*

Following what my love had said, once she opened the cage where the assassin was chained, I went inside and took off his mask causing me to pause for a second to think.

Hmm...where have I seen his face before? I could've sworn I saw him before, but where?

Oh, that's right. Now I remember, he is the head gaurd for my ex. No wonder his assassin skill wasn't as great as an actual assassin.

Sara: "I know you. You're Leo's head guard. Why are trying to kidnap me? You should be a kidnapper instead of an assassinator, but why do you want me?"

Head Gaurd: "..."

Sarah: "Not talking. It's okay, when I'm done with you you'll wish you had talked earlier or you would've wished that I killed you earlier."

**Time Skip**

Finally done. My love had some things to do so she couldn't stay but, it's okay. I wouldn't want her to see such a scene. Now time to go find my love.

Walking out of the cell and locking it, I head back upstairs to go search for my love. Once I get there, I asked the Gaurd where my love went.

Guard: "She said that she will be in her office if you need her."

Sarah: "Thank you."

Now that I know where she is, time for me to go see her. Oops, I forgot, I have to go get myself cleaned up first then I can see her. Don't want her getting dirty with blood.

Heading into our room, I undress myself and took a bath. After a bit, I came out of the bath, I got dress and started to head towards my love.

*No One's POV*

Once Sarah got to Vic's office, she knocked on the door, waiting for Vic to let her enter.

Vic: "Enter"

Once Vic gave Sarah permission to enter, she opened the door and went inside Vic's office. Vic heard the door open and close but there wasn't any talking, so she lifted her head up with frustration only to see Sarah. Once she saw the love of her life, she soften her face and smiled.

Vic: "Are done with the interrogation? Are you tired? Do you want to rest for a bit?"

Sarah: "I'm okay my love. Im not that tired. Plus, if I fell asleep, how will I tell you what the assassin said, but most importantly, who will keep you company?"

Vic: "Geez, stop teasing me. You could just sleep in here to keep me company and whatever the assassin has to say can wait until you wake up."

Sarah: "I love you."

Vic: "I love you."

Sarah: "Since you said that, I'm just going to take a quick nap on you couch. When you're done, wake me up so we can talk about the interrogation and have dinner together."

Vic: "Will do honey. Have a good dream."

Vic got up from her desk to kiss Sarah on her head right before she fell asleep. Then head back to her desk to try and finish what needs to get done before dinner.
