2. The Ninja Academy Days

It was pretty obvious from our first taijutsu and shurikenjutsu class that Mizuki was sabotaging Naruto. Naruto would have the perfect form then Mizuki comes over readjust his body and says some nonsense. Naruto being a good kid just nods and goes along with Mizuki. Then we would work out our bodies. After school that day we had to spend the first two hours running over the correct Flowing Leaf katas, how to properly throw kunai and shuriken. Then sitting him down and telling him to ignore Mizuki when he tries to fix his stance. I tell him if he can't figure it out to first look around at everyone else doing it and try to copy them. If he can't then he can ask me for help. He agreed before we went back to training Strong Fist. That's how the next month of the academy went physical training, taijutsu and shurikenjutsu classes. Then after school Naruto and I would train together.

The next month of the academy was about learning the Leaf Chakra Control exercise. Then training our katas. On the first day it was obvious that Naruto has having trouble. That's why after school I told him about the tree walking exercise. I figured it would be easier for him to control large amounts of chakra. For the rest of the month Naruto would train in that after school by slowly walking up a tree one step at a time. He struggled but eventually something must have clicked, because near the end of the third week I saw Naruto running up and down the tree screaming in excitement before jumping down when he saw me.

" Did you see Haru! I did it. I actually learned something with you just telling me about it. I practically did it all alone. " Naruto said with a huge grin holding up a peace sign.

" No Naruto. You didn't practically do it alone. You did do it by your self. That's amazing Naruto once you can comfortably do that try walking in water. It's basically the same but much harder. You have to constantly change the amount of Chakra needed because water moves while a tree doesn't. " I say back in sensei mode.

Like that our first year at the academy flows training in the Flowing Leaf Style, shurikenjutsu, physical conditioning, Leaf Sticking exercise and usual school like classes. After school Naruto and I trained alone. It took five months for Naruto to be able to stand on water. It took him another five months before he could freely run around and jump onto the water. I was able to max out the Leaf Sticking exercise, the Leaf Spinning exercise, the Tree walking exercise and I have made some progress on water walking. I can run and jump but it isn't second nature yet. We kept training our taijutsu with our gravity seals reaching ×1.3 at the end of the year. During mine and Naruto's birthday we had little parties together. I also managed to save Hinata from the three bullies a week ago. She has been shy around me every since.

I managed to place 6th while Naruto managed to place 15th. Naruto lost some places because he wasn't able to do the Leaf sticking exercise. The next year started immediately we just moved to the second floor to room 2-1. The classes we had we just more advanced versions of the previous year. The chunnins put a little more pressure on us. They made us run faster and further. Train longer and harder. Even studying math was more intense then the year before.

I learned the three academy ninjutsu pretty fast. Naruto was faster than me with the Replacement technique and the Transformation technique but even after getting the Leaf Sticking exercise he still couldn't do it. I think his Chakra is just to thick for those illusionary clones. After we learned those Naruto learned 2 wind D-rank techniques Bursting Air Pockets and Propelling Winds. He also learned a D-rank technique Water Ball. Bursting Air Pockets caused pockets of air near your opponent to burst knocking them off balance allowing you to capitalize. Propelling Winds causes a jet of air to be propelled from a limb pushing you 50 feet away even vertically. Water Ball shoots a ball of water usually the size of a basketball the speed and size can vary.

I have learned 6 additional D-rank techniques on top of the academy 3. I learned Water Ball and Propelling Winds when Naruto learned them. I also learned 2 Earth techniques, a fire release and one more water technique they are Hiding Like a Mole, Rock Ball, Fire Ball and Water Wave. Hiding Like a Mole allows you to swim into the earth like its water. Rock Ball and Fire Ball are just different element versions of Water Ball. Water Wave causes a small wave of water to flow from the user.

At the end of the year I managed to come in 1st and Naruto managed to come in 9th despite his barely average grades in theoretical work. After the results were announced Sasuke waited until after school to approach me.

" Is your offer still on the table? I need to get stronger but for some reason I'm not growing stronger. " He says looking upset and surprisingly vulnerable now that we are alone.

" Look Sasuke I don't know what you've been through. I can only imagine how horrible everything must have been and still is. But if you want to train with us I only have one rule. You have to try and accept us as friends. Because we are training as friends to get stronger together. Can you do that? " I say gently before asking with a smile.

" I can try. But you have to promise to control Naruto. " Sasuke says seriously before joking.

Just like that Sasuke joined our little group we was surprised about everything. He was shocked when he realized how much more efficient it was to use the gravity seals. The chakra control exercise seemed kind of lame to him until I told him since Naruto and I were done with them we were going to start Nature Transformation training. When he learned it made powerful jutsu less costly and easier to use a fire was lit under his butt.

The next year passed in a similar manner the only difference at school was the increased difficulty and the new survival training that was basically camping with occasional surprise attacks from the teachers at night. After school things seemed to slow down before picking up pace as Sasuke adjusted to our schedule. It took him only 5 months to get down tree and water walking. Naruto and I had advanced to Nature Transformation. Naruto was working on cutting a leaf and managed it barely after his birthday. I worked on earth and water and managed to complete the first step of earth and was about 3/4 done with the first step of water Transformation. During the year Naruto and I taught Sasuke the Strong Fist style. He really liked the power that each hit gave We also spared in every combination possible. Without gravity belts, with them, with ninjutsu, without them, with weapons and without them in every way we could.

That year mellowed out Sasuke a bit. He could be smiling more in private and even occasionally even in public. I think it was the first time he had celebrated his birthday since the massacre. He almost cried when I came out with his favorite food and wished him a happy birthday with Naruto after training that day. Knowing he wasn't a big fan of sweets I made some tomato based ice cream at home for him. I tried it but was pretty grossed out. But he seemed to weirdly like it. For our birthdays he taught us a C-rank fire jutsu Phoenix Flower. It shot out about 12 football sized fireballs, that you could semi-control.

That year Naruto learned more Wind and Water style jutsu after learning those were his affinities. He learned 2 D-rank, 4 C-Rank and 2 B-rank wind ninjutsu. He also learned 3 D-rank and 3 C-Rank water ninjutsu. I learned 3 D-Rankand 2 C-rank for Water and Earth. And 2 D-rank for the other three elements. Sasuke after the five months it took to get done with water walking learned he had a Lightning and Fire affinities. He started on the first step of Fire Transformation. At the end of the year we was a little over halfway done with the first step. He had learned 2 D-rank and 2 C-rank ninjutsu for both Fire and Lightning nature.

Our taijutsu training had kicked up a gear after involving Sasuke. He was a very technical fighter. Where as Naruto and I fought more with instinct. His technical skill and our showing him that you can't think of everything alone. Mainly shown by Naruto and his off the walls ideas while fighting. Together these insights allowed us to get stronger together. Everytime one of us would get something important down he would share it.

Unfortunately none of us were skilled in Genjutsu and my parents didn't leave many scrolls on it except for a five D-Ranks and a single C-rank Sasuke and I learned them. We then trained each other on breaking out of Genjutsu. We could all do it. It is crazy difficult to even get Naruto in a Genjutsu let alone keeping him in it. The longest I could hold Naruto under was 5 seconds to Sasuke's 3.

For Kenjutsu we started training with broken and surprisingly Naruto was actually pretty skilled with a sword. He was probably the fastest learner in this and could handle Sasuke and I for a full minute alone before being overwhelmed. I noticed the so called sword style was more about various types of sword swings. It was then blending it with your Taijutsu to make a personal Kenjutsu style. I noticed that Sasuke went for a few fast moves to overwhelm his opponent. He used the style of aiming for weak points or focusing on just one and attacking it and withdrawing, until he wins. Naruto was straightforward but fast with his sword he would rush you and rain down strikes with speed. He aimed to overwhelm the enemy with 100 strong blows as fast as possible. I used a style that was maybe a bit underhanded. I would clash with my fist and sword while waiting for the perfect moment to attack. I usually went for a redirection to a counter. Sometimes I attacked straight on and sometimes I just countered. The fact that my style had no pattern was my key. It was a style of Kenjutsu that was supposed to flow freely with my other skills.

During this year I also found Hinata spying on us one day in August. She was at the edge of our clearing watching us as we trained and had fun. Seeing her blue hair poking out I pretended to have to go to the bathroom and ran around up to her from behind. She was still sitting in the Bush poking her fingers together. " When will Hiro-kun come back. I want to see him again before I have to leave. "

" Uh, Hinata-chan I'm actually over here. " I say to her with a small wave as she turns around and her eyes go wide.

" Uh, wh-what are you doing over here Hiro-kun?" Hinata asks with red cheeks.

" Well I saw a cute girl spying on us so I thought I would check it out. " I said looking at her getting redder.

"Um Hiro-kun said I was cute. " Hinata mumbled to her self getting redder and redder.

" Calm down Hinata. Just tell me what you are up to? " I ask her trying to be gentle.

" Um well. Hiro-kun your so strong for a civilian born student. You work so hard. And your so nice to even help train other people. I just wanted to be like you a little " She said looking smaller and tucking her chin in her jacket.

" Hinata. I think your amazing. I think you have the potential to be the strongest Kunoichi in the entire leaf village. That's how much potential I think you have Hinata. If you want to be more confident you could train with us. As you get stronger you'll feel more confident trust me. " I say with a smile putting my hand on her shoulder. That is when she passed out. It took a few minutes for her to awake but when she awoke she said she had to go home and ran away.

I saw her a few more times in the following months. Everytime, I tried to convince her to join us Unsuccessfully. Until one day near the beginning of November. Hinata walked out to the edge of the clearing and waved us over.

" Hello Naruto, Sasuke, Hiro-kun. I wa-was wondering i-if your offer of t-training together was still available. I want to g-get st-stronger can you help me?" Hinata said looking meek and red faced.

Sasuke complained at first about how she would slow us down. But I put my foot down and reminded him about the one rule of training together. We're friends helping each other. After that it did slow down our training but by mid December Hinata could be in my presence without a red face and could even spare with me at about 80% which was a huge leap from not being able to spare me. To then only putting in 40% against me and 60% against Naruto and Sasuke. She is still afraid of hurting us, but as she sees how strong we are and starts to trust us more I can see her potential slip through. His was particularly clear one spark when she somehow blindsided me and knocked all my major Tenketsu in like 2 seconds. Afterwards she wouldn't stop apologizing for 15 minutes. But it also seemed to show her we wouldn't get hurt by her power.

The next year flew by pretty quickly. I chose a direction to push the three of them in while I tried all three with varying degrees of success. For Naruto it was Fuinjutsu. I had Sasuke focus on Ninjutsu Creation, remembering him after the time skip. Since Hinata liked to heal and could be a real heavy hitter I had her focus on two things. I had her learn the first step of Lightning Nature Transformation after finding out that and Water were her Natures. I also had her start to learn Iryojutsu, since she liked helping others.

For Naruto I had him learn Fuinjutsu for multiple reasons: to let him make sure his seal is secure in the future, the possibility of a second Konoha's Yellow Flash appearing, he was a battle genius so Naruto+Portable Traps=Deadly Combo and finally he is a freaking Uzumaki. Why he wasn't taught this in the original is stupid. He took to it like a fish to water. Unfortunately even with all my Heritages helping me out. Fuinjutsu is fucking complicated. It is like writing code for reality. It is like math as a language. I don't get how Naruto gets this but can't do simple math in his head. Naruto by the end of the year can already produce his own storage seals, paper bombs and can even modifying them. He can make flash bang bombs, pepper bombs and even storage seals that can absorb up to a C-level ninjutsu. He is a monster to fight if he has those prepared for a fight. He isn't able to return the attacks yet. That is a near master level skill. When the seal absorbs the ninjutsu it shorts out. I can barely make normal sealing scrolls.

Hinata must have been mistrained in the original Naruto. Or the memtal abuse she received caused her to cover up her huge talent. It only took her 6 months to finish the first step of Lightning Nature Transformation and could use the Mystic Palm technique most of the time when she tried to. After that she started trying to coat her hands in electricity it only took her another 4 months before her Juuken could be infused with Lightning Nature Chakra instead of normal Chakra. By the end of the year she could successfully revive a dead fish. She could qualify as a medic but decided to wait until she joined a team to register at the Hospital. I wasn't quite at her level but I could use the Healing Palm to heal minor injuries.

This is the year that Sasuke really bloomed both in potential and in personality. The kid from two years ago is almost completely gone. He smiles and is a lot more open with us now. It's like we made our own family. He finally sees Naruto and I as brothers and even Hinata became a sister in her year with us. After I told everyone there directions and gave them all the books I had on the topics. Sasuke shocked us all by offering to share everything his clan had on the topics. Hinata cried when she realized even she was included even though at the time she was only with us 2 months. Sasuke showed his growth by actually hugging her and comforting her. Sasuke threw himself into his research. It was first about what different hand seals did and how they moved your chakra through different Tenketsu points. The twelve hand signs moved your chakra through your Chakra Network with each hand sign being a direction moving in the direction like from the center of a clock to the numbers. Moving your chakra through certain Tenketsu points in certain orders causes different changes in the Shape and Nature of your Chakra this is the formation of Jutsu. After learning this he was eventually able to create a fire jutsu that would shoot out 12 eagles that fly around to hit opponents, he named it Homing Eagles. He also made an electric jutsu that made a net about 10m by 10m that when hit an opponent would wrap them up in a net made of electricity knocking them out and capturing them. He shared both techniques with me and the electric one with Hinata. He also managed to make every Ninjutsu he knew take less hand signs. I studied along with him and was able to make a modified version of the Earth Wall technique and made Earth House and Earth Furniture. Earth Hoise is a technique that makes a house made out of the earth. Earth Furniture makes furniture out of Earth. They are the perfect techniques for when your camping. I shared the techniques with Sasuke after Sasuke chose Earth Release as his third Chakra type. After he learned you need to master at least three Chakra Naturez to reach Jonin rank. He thought Earth was the best suited as a defensive Chakra Nature for himself.

On the Taijutsu front I finally managed to learn the first gate. I shared how to do it with Naruto and Sasuke. Naruto learned it around 4 months after I taught them how to move your chakra to do it. Sasuke only took two months after his intensive study into Ninjutsu and how to move Chakra. Naruto was able to master the first and second gate, after finding it on his own due to his amazing body, in the last two months of the year. Sasuke in his remaining four months wasn't able to master even the first gate. Even though he could access it first his body just wasn't built like Naruto's. This further reinforced to Sasuke that everyone had strong and weak points. But it was Hinata who shocked us At the sixth month period when she could introduce Electric Chakra into her Juuken her combat level jumped to the next level. Going all out she could fight all three of us going all out for 3 minutes. By the end of the year she could do the 128 Juuken Palm attack. She even started to do the Revolving Heaven late in November. She didn't have it mastered but could pull it of two out of every five times by the time of graduation.

In Ninjutsu we mostly focused on polishing out moves with Naruto only learning 2 B-rank and 3 A-rank Ninjutsu He learned 1 Wind and 1 Water B-rank Ninjtsus. He learned 2 Wind and 1 Water A-rank Ninjutsus. Sasuke learned 10 C-rank, 6 B-rank and 3 A-rank Ninjutsus. He learned 3 Earth, 3 Fire and 4 Lighting C-rank Ninjutsu. He learned 3 B-rank Ninjutsu apiece for Lightning and Fire Ninjutsus. Finally he learned 2 Fire and 1 Lightning Ninjutsus. Hinata learned 6 D-rank, 3 C- Rank and a single B-rank ninjutsus. She learned 3 D-rank for each Lightning and Water Ninjutsus. She learned 2 Lightning and 1 Water Ninjutsus. And a single Lightning B-rank Ninjustu. This year Naruto finished the first step of Nature Transformation for both Wind and Water. He was halfway through the second step of Wind's Nature Transformation, which is cutting a waterfall in half he can cut about half of it. Sasuke completed the first step of both Fire and Lightning Nature Transformation. He has nearly completed the first step of Earth's Nature Transformation. Hinata managed to finish Lightning's first step in six months and is at about 3/4 done with the first step of Water's Nature Transformation. Since I have been helping everyone and therefore get there feed back in this year I managed to finish the first step for all five basic Nature Transfomarions. I am about 2/3 done with Earth and 1/2 done with Water's Nature Transformation second step.

Only Sasuke and I practiced using Genjutsu luckily the Uchiha Clan has a lot of Genjutsu scrolls. We managed to learn 7 D-rank, 3 C-rank and a B-rank Genjutsus. We trained with everyone to help train breaking out of Genjutsu. If it is hard to put and hold Naruto in a Genjutsu. Then it is impossible to hold Hinata in a Genjutsu with or without the Byakugan. She is so intimately familiar with her own Chakra Network that any intrusions are instantly felt and expelled. She is so good that it seems almost instinctual for her. Sasuke Can break out of any of my Genjutsu within less than a second except the single B-rank we know which may take a second to get out of. I am pretty even with breaking out and the casting of Genjustus as he is.

On the Kenjustu front Naruto is clearly in the lead. He has the most actual skill with a blade. I think it maybe one of the Uzumaki bonuses I missed out on. After finishing the first step he started running around with his sword using Water and Wind Nature Chakra on it. Sasuke has become faster and more precise in his strikes. Hinata with a sword is one word deadly. She has such swift and precise strikes. I am the same with a free flowing style but my feints and strikes have become sharper and more convincing. Sasuke, Hinata and I learned from Naruto how to coat Chakra on a weapon and eventually I could do all the main elements. Sasuke could use Lightning, Earth and Fire Nature on his sword and Hinata could use Lightning on her sword.

We are probably the strongest Academy students since at least Itachi maybe even near Kakashi's level when he was our age. I told everyone we shouldn't try to stand out to much from the ordinary Clan kids. I mean only Naruto has to worry about passing but I kind of don't want him to so he can prove Mizuki is a traitor. The next day passes as I half hope and feared it would Naruto didn't pass the Final Exam. If you took out the Illusion Bushin and the Written test he would have been Rookie of the Year instead of me. After school I let Hinata and Sasuke know I am gonna spend the day with Naruto. I try to talk to Naruto after but he just sits on the swing and tells me to leave.

" Come over when you are done moping I will fix dinner for you. It doesn't matter that you didn't pass we will keep training together. We are more than friends. We are brothers. " Naruto I say flicking his forehead. Before going home. Luckily he comes over in only 2 hours as it starts to get dark out.

" Hey Haru. I'm sorry about earlier. But I found a way we can be shinobi together. " He says with a smile getting ready to leave.

With a burst of Chakra I dropped my gravity seal and appear in front of him. " Wait Naruto. What way to become a Shinobi?"

" Oh Mizuki sensei told me that all I have to do is steal the scroll from the Hokage's Office. Then I can be a Genin like you. " Naruto says smiling.

" Naruto. I know you want to be Genin. But you know that he's lying to you. You aren't dumb Naruto. " I say smiling gently at him.

" But what if this is the only way Haru! What if I can't become a Ninja! What if I can't become Hokage! Wh-what if everything goes back to how it was I met you. When i was all alone. " Naruto starts screaming but at the end tears drip down his face as he whispers.

" Oh you idiot. I won't let you ever be forgotten again Naruto. Even if you aren't a Ninja you would still be my Best Friend and Brother. But don't worry. Let's go talk to the Hokage. I am sure you will be a ninja by the end of the day. " I say hugging him until he calms down. After cleaning him up we headed to the Hokage Tower.

Entering the Hokage building wasn't a hassle with my headband and Naruto. I thought it would take a little while, but Naruto broke my expectations as if it was normal and walked into the Hokage's Office. Looking at the Secretary she looks as if this is common occurrence so nodding to her, I head into the office. Walking in I see a scene I had scene hundreds of times before on a screen the past Hokages on the wall and Hiruzen's crystal ball on the desk. He wasn't dressed in his traditional robes this time but almost sleepwear. The first time I saw the Hokage in 4 years and he looks like an old man getting ready for bed.

" Hey old man, Haru and I have something to talk with you about. " Naruto says charging in and sitting casually in a chair.

Walking forward I bow when I reach the desk. " Greetings Lord Hokage. I am sorry for the rude interruption. But as Naruto said we have something to talk with you about. I fear it may be a danger to the safety of the Village. Please forgive our rudeness. " Only when I finish do i straighten up.

" Oh this is the Haru you won't stop talking about. It's been nearly four years since you met. I have seen the tremendous growth you and your group of friends have made in the past few years. It is quite a group isn't it all elite children except. " He finishes looking at me a little closer before finishing. " Where was I sorry a danger of getting older you ramble. What is this important information you need to reveal?"

" Hokage-sama part of the information I wish to reveal is hidden behind a law making it a S-rank secret. Your law Lord Hokage. May zi have your permission to break it. " The next thing I know three Anbu have me surrounded three swords at my neck.

" Release him. " Sarutobi says with a wave of his hand. Immediately the Anbu disappear back to their hiding spots in the room. Now he is looking at me as the God of Shinobi, the pressure is making me sweat a little. Before he nods at me speaking, " Very well. I felt it was about time to tell him this secret anyways. If he keeps advancing in Fuinjutsu he would have found out soon anyways. "

" Naruto I want you to remain calm alright. " I say giving him a meaningful look and he nods back. " You see Naruto the night you were born the Nine Tails attacked. "

" I know that Haru. Get to the point. " Naruto cuts in.

" Naruto you need to just relax and listen ok. No more interruptions. This is important. On the night of your birth the Nine Tails attacked. I don't know If it's because you were a newborn or because you are an Uzumaki. But you were chosen as the host or Jinchuriki. The Nine Taiks was sealed into. This allows you to have vast amounts of chakra and heal rapidly. It's said if you find a way to master the Beasts Chakra you gain all the power of that tailed beast. You see Naruto after I saw the seal on your stomach I did some check on it. Even though you know about the Uzumaki Clan and its destruction. What you don't know is that the Uzumaki make the perfect host for Tailed Beasts. Babies are also the best choice as hosts because their Chakra Network hasn't been fully developed. The Beasts Chakra can slowly mix with a babies slowly making them immune to the toxic effects of the Tailed Beast Chakra. You as a baby Uzumaki were the ultimate choice to hold the Nine Tails. In fact that should be why even for an Uzumaki you have absolutely massive amounts of chakra. Like Kage league and we aren't teenagers yet." I say seeing him looking kind of shocked at the news. But learning it isn't hurtful and in fact made him have so much chakra makes him a little glad to hold the furball.

" Is that why everyone looks at me like that? " Naruto asks Hiruzen. Sadly the Hokage nods.

" To continue. After Naruto failed today he was asked by Mizuki to steal the big scroll from the Hokage'a Office and learn a jutsu from it. But this didn't make sense for three main reasons. First and most importantly Naruto as a Jinchuriki is to valuable of a military resource not to be made a ninja even if he failed the test. Secondly the big scroll in the Hokage's Office is actually the legendary Scroll of Seals that holds every Kinjutsu known to Konoha. No test would have you steal something so valuable. Thirdly Mizuki hates Naruto for what he holds. He has been trying to sabotage his career since our first class with him. I hate to imagine the damage he could have inflicted on Naruto's development. I mean a solid base is the best way to get strong. If Mizuki had been successful most of Naruto's skills would be full of holes and he might have lost his passion for learning. I was actually planning to come with Naruto tomorrow before school to try and talk with you about Naruto not passing anyway Lord Hokage. " I say making sure I'm not losing Naruto in my explanation.

" What did you want to talk about Naruto tomorrow? " Sarutobi asks me smoking his pipe looking deep in thought.

" Lord Hokage since you have seen our training I am sure you know how good Naruto's Chakra control is right? " I ask with a serious expression.

" Yes. It was quite joyful at the start watching you all fall down trees or fall into the water. Until eventually you could even spin leaves in different directions while standing on water. I understand you don't think there is a problem with his control but the very density of his Chakra. The simple illusions appear sick due to the density of the chakra trying to make them real. I see I think I know what solution you were going to recommend. Very well Naruto I will give you a Kinjutsu of our village. You alone in the village can put this technique to great affect. It is the Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu it creates many physical copies of the user depending on there amount of Chakra and how many they wish to make the minimum being 10. You receive the memories of these clones so they are often used for scouting. They last until they are hit once. Come learn this and I'll talk with your friend Haru. " Hiruzen says truly showing just why he is called the Professor. He not only correctly saw the problem he also saw the solution I wanted Naruto to get. His insight must be amazing. I bet watching people when they think they are alone probably helps.

" You are very wise for your age Haru. You are also very kind. Honestly when you first started being his friend I was worried one day you might realize the truth and reject him. After all the Nine Tails did kill your parents. " He said smoking looking at me with a gentle smile.

"It's true my parents did die defending the Village that night, but that's not his fault. He was just like me alone in the world. But where I got looks of pity everyone looked at him like he was scum. And when I found out why I wanted to beat them all to death. He was protecting us. He lost everything that night and was forced to be our Living Sacrifice. Yet people treated him like a monster. I was so angry at them. " Alright Sensei that's enough don't you think. " I say dropping down from a tree at the edge of the field behind Mizuki who is now 10 feet from Naruto. Mizuki turns around to respond to me and that is when Naruto strikes moving forward quickly he manages to chop off both of Mizuki's legs. Right then I get in front of Muziki and two swing later using Fire Chakra his arms are gone. With a quick use of Fire Chakra his legs are cauterized. Then with a bit of Healing Palm he isn't in any danger of dying, though he is unconscious. Calling over the Anbu they quickly take Mizuki away and give us our pay.

" Just like we planned. Our first mission as Ninja I bet Sasuke is going to be so jealous. " Naruto says with a huge grin as if he hadn't learnt earth shattering news today. I swear this goofball is awesome.

" Alright Naruto let's get some dinner then head to bed we have our team assignments. Aren't you excited? " I ask him with a grin

" Of course. I hope we are on a team Haru that would be so cool. " He responds.

That night in the Hokage's office all of the Jonin have gathered for team selections from the new batch. Finally it is time for the Elite class to be divided into teams. The new Ino-Shika-Cho led by Asuma Sarutobi was quickly approved and most of the other were gone until six remained. that's when Kurenai came forward.

" Hokage I would like to out forward a search and destroy team with Hinata's Byakugan, Shino's bugs and Haru Reitsu as the firepower. It would make for a combination to incapacitate or destroy an enemy. " Kurenai said with a bow before stepping back.

Before the Hokage could respond the white-haired scarecrow himself, Kakashi, stepped up. " While that would be a decent combination I have a different proposal. Kurenai makes her search and destroy team a search and destroy/rescue team. By replacing Haru with Kiba Inuzuka as the power and tracker. And I will take Haru, Naruto and Sasuke. I will make them into a Heavy Assualt Squad. Honestly if I could get away with it I would take Hinata too. I have watched them train after school. They each know multiple Ninjutsus of various elements and are wearing gravity seals. These four all have the skillset of Chunnin with enough hard work they could be Jonnin in a few years or less. "

Everyone but the Hokage is shocked into silence. They knew these four trained together after school but to already be this strong. How could their be four prodigies at once? One ever five years is already a lot. Is it their hard work or just skill. I mean the leader is a civilian born.
