Chapter 5: Breaking Ground

With the villagers' support and her growing reputation, Lin Yuer is ready to begin her next big project. She scouts a barren mountainside on the outskirts of the village and imagines it transformed into a flourishing garden filled with crops like potatoes, tomatoes, and medicinal herbs. One evening, as she inspects the land, a mysterious figure approaches her. Introducing himself as Li Wei, a landowner with a reputation for cunning, he challenges her plans. After hearing her vision, he offers her a deal: if she can successfully cultivate the barren land, he will grant her access to more property. Intrigued yet cautious, Lin Yuer accepts, knowing that this alliance may prove crucial.

That night, Lin Yuer gathers a few villagers to help clear the land. Under her direction, they work tirelessly, laying the first stones of what she hopes will become a thriving agricultural center.
