After Lucy left Luca, she immediately got a barrage of sermons from Lilith as soon as she set foot in front of the mansion.

Getting punished as she knelt with both hands up, mouth shut with magic, and caged in the lightning cell, where Lucy remains until Lilith's anger calms,

Then Lilith left, after she said to Lucy, "You're not allowed to go outside from now on!"

"!" At that moment, Lucy flinched and began to become terrified, as her eyes and expression turned into a devastated state.

"Why... why does it have to happen? If Mother grounded me, I wouldn't be able to meet him. And if that happens, I am the one who broke the vow."

Lucy has started to sweat, not because of the heat or the cold wind outside but because of her nervousness and anxiety about being able to meet Luca now that she's grounded.

Leaving the cage and the mansion wasn't a problem for Lucy, but if Lilith ever found out about it, not only would she get troubled, but there's a possibility that Lilith could take her anger to Luca as well if she ever found out about him.

And then, all of a sudden, a glowing light appears inside the cage, like the will o' the wisp.

"!" Lucy was startled as soon as she noticed the lights appear inside the cage.

"W-w-what is this? Where do these come from?" Lucy asked herself in fear.

Without knowing what the lights were or where they came from, Lucy immediately thought that this event that was happening inside the cage with her was all strange and scary.

Thus, she decided to scream.

But how could she be able to do that if her mouth was shut by the magic seal that Lilith put on her?

Her eyes tear up as she's unable to decide which decision she'll make. Will she destroy the cage and the magic that Lilith puts on her, or will she stay there until something horrible happens to her?

Thus, Lucy decided to destroy the cage and everything else that held her down.

"There's no other choice! I don't care if Mother gets mad! I don't want to find out what these things are!"

then... All of a sudden, as Lucy was lowering her hands and about to punch the cage she was in, a young man with blonde hair, wearing short shorts and a white tank top, came forth humming.

A beautiful sound made Lucy halt and turn herself to see who and where the sounds were coming from.

"!"

Only to find out that a young boy with the same height as her was coming towards her.

"Who?!" said Lucy, in wariness and cautiousness.

"Calm down. I've come in peace. I don't mean no harm, young lady. For I have bestowed benevolence and righteousness."

"..." Lucy didn't respond, but instead she became reluctant as she didn't know what that child was talking about, making her head tilt a little bit for how confused she was.

"!" The child saw her peculiar reaction, making himself flinch and halt, then cough for a moment before moving towards her once again.

"Pardon my rudeness, but allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lux."

With such greetings and a smile, the boy casually sat down on the ground in front of Lucy.

"Lux?"

"Yes. That's what I call myself right now. Anyways, don't be afraid of my toys. They are my gifts for you."

"Eh? These things?"

Lucy tried to slowly touch the lights with her soft hands.

"Do you like them?"

God asked with such a genteel smile on his face as Lucy caressed the lights with her hands and soft cheeks.

"..." Lucy didn't answer him—no, she didn't hear him—as she was engulfed by the lights playful and lovable actions towards her.

Lucy was enjoying her precious time with the lights, as she kept smiling and laughing like an innocent child.

Seeing her like this, God, sigh a bit before making a comment.

"Innocent and beautiful as always."

Then, all of a sudden, the atmosphere changed. The cold breeze of the wind has instantly become a blizzard.

Lucy, who felt the sudden drop in temperature make her shiver, along with the lights within the cage, disappeared instantly.

"W-w-what's happening? Why is it suddenly getting colder?"

Lucy asked in confusion... However, it was then revealed what answer she sought.

A young lady wearing a Gothic violet dress appeared in shadow.

It was Darkness!

"Who?!"

Lucy was surprised, which made her ask the young lady who she was.

But the young lady didn't respond; instead, she walked quietly towards God.

Then, from that moment on, the young lady grabbed God's left ear and pulled it up.

"Why the heck are you down here?!"

"Playing... what else?"

"I figured that much. What I meant was, WHY ARE YOU HERE?!"

With that loud voice that Darkness made, everyone inside the mansion, including the Valrats and Lugras, who are currently in sleep mode, flinched and immediately stepped out of the mansion in arms.

However, before the Valrats and Lugras could even do anything, Lilith, Mayners, and Classie had to immediately order the Valrats and Lugras to stop.

Lilith, Mayners, and Classie were shocked—no, they were utterly stunned—to see their creator stand before them.

Then...

They greet Darkness with such respect and honor!

"Mother!"

As they shout, making Lucy hear it as well, Lucy has begun to be perplexed.

"W-w-what exactly do you mean, mother?" Lilith stutters as she is confused, anxious, and bewildered by Darkness's statement towards her.

Darkness glared at her and walked towards her, making Lilith immediately kneel down without question or command.

"Do you honestly think we don't know what you guys are doing? Especially you, Lucifer, and the rest of the gang? Not only do you all manage to revive Soul's traits, but you even gave her a vessel. Now, you're locking her on something Soul always does? You're really something, aren't you? How petty can you be?"

With that comment, Lilith hid her eyes from her creator, Darkness, while her face made such a ridiculous reaction.

"You're saying that to me; but didn't you also lock Lady Soul for 4 years within the paradise because Lady Soul spilled your chocolate milk on your dress? Tsk. You're complaining about something I only learned from you, mother. Isn't it too much you had to directly nag me about something I only do in such reasonable action?"

Lilith was making fed-up looks as if her actions were not only hypocritical but also ridiculous.

However, such comments of hers would not only bring wrath but also anger, so Lilith kept her thoughts to herself and never let them out.

Thus, she looked back at her mother once again, but this time, she smiled... a forceful smile.

God, who was watching the two, burst into laughter at Lilith's reaction.

"!" Darkness turned and immediately got pissed off as soon as she saw, heard, and witnessed her brother laughing his ass off on the ground.

Lilith, who saw God's reaction too, can't help but get affected by God's laugh.

However, seeing her mother right in front of her, pissed and irritated, she tried to hold her laugh.

But it's all for naught, as her laugh went through her mouth.

"Pfft!"

With that single sound Lilith made, Darkness emits a menacing aura as soon as she shifts and gazes upon Lilith, whose face is covered in tears due to holding her laugh.

"Did you just laugh at your own mother, Lilith?"

Her face was both enraged and ominous, as it was completely dark.

With the face and aura that her mother emits towards her, Lilith cries out of fear and seeks help, as she is now facing her mother's terrifying rage!

Lilith turned her attention to God, seeking help.

But God, who notices her face seeking help, just laughs at her.

"Puwahahahaha! Sis! Your child is seeking help! Puwahahaha!"

"Shut up, you!"

Darkness pointed at God, making himself explode into nothingness.

It didn't make a sound, and not every part of the vessel that God used that was scattered on the ground has appeared instead. like a balloon that pops; everything disappeared instantly as soon as the vessel exploded.

"!" Lilith was shocked to see God explode into nothingness.

"That annoying little brat."

Then... A gust of wind happened.

Within that gust, a silhouette of a boy appears.

It was a God!

"Geez! disintegrate me into nothingness. Sister, that hurts my feelings. Don't you love your brother~?"

Like a child trying to tease and act dishearteningly with pitiful and tearful eyes, God acts like he's hurt.

While Darkness chased God in anger, Lilith sneakily stood up and tried to leave quietly.

But, once again, it was all a failed attempt, as God noticed her leaving.

"Ahhh!!! Lilith is leaving!" God said it while dodging Darkness's punches.

Darkness quickly shifted her attention, and without hesitation, she teleported in front of Lilith and slammed her face on the ground.

"Did I ever tell you to leave, Lilith? You're becoming like Lucifer, who never follows his creator's orders."

"No, Mother. You did not," said Lilith while her face was buried in the cold ground.

And it continued until the sun had set and the moon had risen.

And then...

Under the moonlight, both God and Lilith, kneeling on the ground, were covered in bruises and had swollen cheeks and eyes.

"Now that I've calmed down, I want you two to stop interfering in my little sister's affair."

As soon as Darkness said that, God immediately responded abruptly and yelled at her!

"Never! She needs to be developed! She needs to evolve! She needs to become mature and logical! She needs to grow up! She needs to evolve to become better than us!"

Her anger made God immediately lower his head to the ground and apologize.

God didn't answer, awkwardly averting his eyes as he coldly sweated.

"Because of you! I had to tie those fuckers just to stop from coming down here! Why you even wanted to come down here in the first place?! I thought we agreed to let our little sister be free and independent?! Just because you set a law, that doesn't mean you can break it anytime!"

"!"

God jolted, then smiled, as he realized something.

"That's right, law. I have to create a new law."

Hearing God's response and seeing God's expression, Darkness felt troubled and wary.

"What are you planning to do right now?"

God slowly stood up straight.

And silently walks away from Darkness.

However, before God even got away from her, Darkness yelled.

"Oi! What the heck are you trying to do?!"

"I'll make a new law. Where everyone and everything can teach, punish, discipline, and feel despair without breaking the old law. I called it science! I am sure my brothers will love to hear this plan. Now, Sis, witness how entertaining this new law is! Where our little sister will surely develop at new heights! Fast and sufficient! They can be a judge! They can be protectors! They can be law makers! They can create new things! It's rated E for everyone!"

God smiled in amusement.

"His soul? You mean the fragment of 'Soul', our little sister? Apart from the innocence and purity, all of Abel's memories have been wiped clean and went to that little girl named Lucy."

"Wipe out his memories? How could we do such a thing to our little sister's creation?!"

"Why did you do that?"

"W-w-what do you mean, mother?" Lilith was confused and bewildered by her mother's random question.

"What I meant is, why did you exactly choose Abel? Haven't you already got Adam and Eve?"

"Ahh... That... Well... How can I explain this? Well, to tell you the truth, mother, apart from the trial and error of the Lucifer and Beelzebub experiment, most of it was my part of it. So regarding Adam and Eve, those experiments were entirely with Lucifer and Beelzebub. If you are seeking an answer, I am sorry, but I won't be able to give a definite answer."

"Since you don't know, I guess, there's no point in asking you why you chose Abel as a subject instead of Adam, the original."

However, Darkness took a moment before the air around her changed.

"Still, Brother, about the new "laws,". for how long do you intend to imply them?"

As she changed the subject, Darkness voice became calm yet firm.

"I shall make it now, but worry not, sis. It's not like everything will change all of sudden. I am just going to spice things up; it's all for the sake of our little sister's happiness. Anyway, since time is tight, I'll return to my office, hehehe. It's nice to see you anyway, Lilith."

As God said his last statement with a smile on his face, he disappeared instantly.

Upon leaving, Darkness looked out one of the windows of the mansion and immediately saw Lucy looking at them.

"Would you look at that? Did she break free from my divine spell? As I expected from my sister. But what's with that look?"

Darkness felt a bit uneasy and confused as she looked at Lucy's grimaced expression.

"Is she mad or something? If she is, what is she mad about?"

As Darkness starts to get anxious and worried... Lucy, on the other hand, is currently in her room, staring at them through the glass window. She is now frustrated and annoyed.

"What is that girl to Mom? Is she really my mom's mother? If so, why is she so short? She looks like the same height as myself. Isn't she a kid? But if Mom and Sister Mayners and Sister Classie said she was their mother..."

After Lucy thought hard and analyzed the situation, she paused for a moment.

She blazed in anger.

That action made Lucy spark, and she immediately ran off from her room and went immediately towards the main door of the mansion.

As soon as she forcibly opened the door, Lucy immediately yelled in rage.

Both Lilith and Darkness were startled by the sudden voice coming from the mansion!

Both of them looked and witnessed Lucy's burning rage and hatred.

With her full strength, Lucy leaped towards them with the intent of harming Darkness.

Her hands were covered in divine energy, and her body was covered in magic strengthening and elemental enhancement.

Darkness didn't feel anything, neither excitement nor sadness, but instead she looked at Lucy in blankness, like a person who has no feelings.

Then, as Lucy was about to punch her in the face, Darkness smoothly moved aside to avoid the punch and to stop Lucy's momentum, too. By striking Lucy on the back of her neck.

Lucy vomited some excess water but didn't lose her consciousness; instead, she lost her strength instantly.

Her whole body quivered as she was weakening.

She tried to stand up firmly, but her body continued to quiver due to the damage she received.

"You... what has my mom done to serve and be treated like this?! Even though you're my mom's mother, I won't tolerate this such action you just took!"

Lucy yelled at her while clenching her fist, gritting her teeth, and glaring at her in hatred!

Lilith looked at Lucy's back in shock and amazement as she witnessed Lucy's retaliation and action towards Darkness.

"Milady... she... she... she's really angry, right now!" Lilith's thoughts.

For all this time, Lucy has been known to be docile, a forgiver, innocent, lovable, and pacifist. not a wrathful person. Even before then, as an omnipotent being, no matter how serious and problematic the situation was, she always just smiled and forgave the children of her brothers and sisters.

But now, as Lucy changes drastically, she feels her wrath and hatred towards Darkness. This sudden emotion made Lilith feel delighted.

Darkness gets pissed off; however, she never lets her thoughts get out of her mouth; instead, she drops her parasol as it turns into a violet butterfly and flies away, clenches her right fist, and emits violet flame.

"Your attitude is unsettling. Unlike my brothers, I am neither rational, merciful, nor kind; I have you witness despair!"
