I've been reading webnovel for a year before I started writing so I kinda understand what the readers want. I mean Vanilla is the way to go in most cases so think of the romance part of the book as vanilla (harem of course and a few other things but nothing extreme.) I would say give the book another 30 - chaps before proper romance starts. I'm just setting up the world for now and once the main story starts I want romance to flow seamlessly through the plot so to say, as to not feel forced or with no background to it.
