World Language changes ability names to fit Skill naming conventions. But besides an in-canon reason, "Megalomaniac" is just a more unique and interesting name for an ability than just "Power Manipulation".

Unique Skill: Megalomaniac would be cool and fits the pattern of Unique Skill names being nous. "Manipulation" skills are usually Extra Skills.
