She’s live about 20ish years but astral plane time works differently like you said, so in those 20 years a couple hundred passe by in Faerun
you get it
He says he’s gonna splurge his insight using his new skill
Spoilers for anyone reading ahead For the ‘all hag passives’ later on, aside from resistances. The cantrips and spells he gains function as they do in 5e, but as he’s a bit awkward to guage in terms of spell slots, I have him use them sparingly in favour for rituals and cantrips
Nope, 4x comprehension and faultless memorisation
Honestly I forgot that kid existed, he is absolutely dead by now
Depends if the kids in baldurs gate are like the ones from skyrim
These aren’t spells, just permanent feautures that can’t be removed through normal means. He got it as part of the truth ability
Sorry it’s no child sacrifices sunday
Good point, I’ll change it
Shameless author review here. I wrote this mainly because there’s no Baldur’s Gate fics, and also because I thought of a system that I haven’t seen written about. Obviously, spoilers for the game are in this, and once I finish the game aspect, I’m gonna research some campaigns that can be applied afterwards. Also, if a chapter was just crap, tell me. Whether something lacks explanation, bad grammar, or you think something adds up weirdly, call me out on it. 👍 Thank you for reading.
He’s got resistance to everything but psionic, necrotic, radiant and force. And immunity to cold, acid and poison. I’d ballpark him at 280hp. Quite good, but I want to take him past bg3
Some of these passives are things all hags have, but I just wanted the descriptions to be of equal-ish lengths
For All speak, originally I was going to just list all of the languages aberrations speak. But then I realised just how many there were, so I saved myself an hour or two and put all speak (which includes telepathic speech)
Very good very solid book, I found it weird when the system literally stopped functioning as an idle system but it was fine, the story and progression was good. But once the first arc is over and he goes off to the fey era, there was no real grip to the story and most chapters felt like fillers with little mention of research he’s pursuing or spells he’s experimenting with. Great book, just no longer worth the coins I buy for it.
True but Ashton put the blood sigil on it and refined all the souls
Nah I want a true barbarian, none of that lean elastic but bulky muscle. I want people to hide their kids from them because they think that the MC might eat them for protein
