personally I don't like him getting to many slots it's easy to over level someone power, not easy to rebalanced out a story

Honestly great start, but right now it's just him monologuing. would love to see him converse with others. Also love that he has a skill cap, it makes it so you can give him all the goodies without making him ridiculously OP

Just give him a Oc character or someone not main stream because I don't think either of them fit him at all. Heck neither like their life of constant killing.

Man doesn't realise that's not how math works. It increases his chance so the twenty percent is based of his hypothetical chance of evading already so if he has say a 100 percent chance to evade it would be 120 percent, but if he only had a 10 percent chance to evade it would bring it up to 12 percent. If it was worded that it would come out as a multiplicive increases instead of a additional increase. Though honestly even that's still strong.

I don't think he's American, so we can't use Castle Defense laws here.
