Sacrifice

Justin, Binna, and Kenji hid in one room. Everyone's heart increased in beat. Sweat was dripping non-stop from their bodies, and prayers were chanting continuously in their hearts not to get caught by the zombies. They could hear the zombies' snarling, and it was getting louder, which means they were getting closer to where they hid. Their breathing ceased as they heard one of them passing by their door. Their throats worked up and down, and their sweat flooded their entire bodies. Their bodies jerked up in fear, and their heartbeat fastened more as one of them hit their door while they were still running. Their hearts finally relaxed a little afterwards.

"Where is Jennine?" Justin asked Binna in a whisper.

"She's with Kate and Eli." I'm pretty sure she's fine. She also whispered.
