Chapter Twenty-Two

CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO

I woke up to the sharp smell of bacon, eggs and burnt toast; this was Allie cooking for me. This I knew for a fact.. it was simply what she did whilst cooking.

I yawned loudly, as I sat up and chuckled softly to myself.

I grabbed a pair of jeans, as it was hot I went downstairs topless. I did not care what people thought of me anymore.. oddly enough.

I brushed past the male from the other day and he did not even argue this time, I then headed to the Kitchen; the scene that unfolded made me laugh loudly in response.

Leo was watching Allie and laughing as she pouted at the burnt toast and then he commented awkwardly.

‘I will just scrape the burnt bits away’. She frowned.

Leo was still laughing when I commented.

‘Ah, a classic Allie brekky?’. I chuckled, in amusement.

‘Oh come on she is trying here’. Leo chuckled.
