50 years ago, a great war occurred as the most vile demon lord tried to conquer the world of Zecs. The name Aygibhed echoed throughout the world, bringing fear to anyone who heard it. Aygibhed destroyed nation after nation, trampling kingdoms like they were nothing. He was unstoppable, and with an army of demons on his side, he was deemed to be impossible to defeat.
But hope was not yet over, because a hero was summoned to aid the world, a hero chosen by the gods and given divine power to eliminate the evil trying to destroy the world.
Coming from another world, the hero is Hikari Tanaka, a girl from the world of Earth. Together, with the hope of stopping Aygibhed, they gathered the most powerful squad the world has ever seen, consisting of five skilled and powerful members. With Hikari as the leader and hero, Abigail the healer, Mikaela the Guardian, Gwen the rogue, and Zero the combat mage—the only male member.
They traveled around the world, defeating demons, bonding together as a close squad, and having very particularly interesting nights.
With their strength, the hero's party defeated the demon lord, with Hikari ending Aygibhed's reign by decapitating his head.
However, the moment the vile demon lord was defeated, the hero Hikari disappeared, without even a chance to say goodbye to her friends.
The world of Zecs achieved peace, and the looming danger was no more. The remaining party of the hero was proclaimed saviors. And as expected, in no time, all the members took their own paths. Living the rest of their lives in their own way.
Fifty years since then, another danger is now starting to reveal a new era of greater war—greater than the last time.
And the greatest difference this time was that the hero was no more, and her former party members could no longer fight what was coming. Or at least, most of them.
Inside the town of Brookhaven, a small town located at the boundary of the kingdom of Satirica, far from the life of the capital. Inside a certain inn.
Killian opened his eyes and immediately held his head as the pain of hungover occurred to him. He groaned as he wandered his black eyes around. His wavy black hair was a mess. The first thing he saw was the unfamiliar wooden ceiling of the room.
The light was coming inside the window, allowing him to see around. It was a small inn with only one bed and one cabinet. Killian tried to move, but there were weights, not allowing him to easily stand up. He raised the red blanket covering him and found two naked women inside. Two of them were hugging him while soundly sleeping.
Killian knew them; he met these women adventurers yesterday while collecting monster materials for his quest. They had drinks after, and he now finds himself in this situation. This kind of situation was no longer new to him, so he just exhaled and shook his head.
Killian would not complain because he enjoyed the two women's company a lot.
Killian slowly pulled his body out of the blanket, but his small movement was easily sensed by the two women adventurers.
The blonde raised her head and smiled upon seeing Killian. "Already awake? You really are full of energy, Killian. You tired us last night so much that I don't think I could stand today."
Killian smiled. "As much as I want to stay with you, Chloe, I need to go and do my quests for today," he said, finally managing to walk out of bed.
"My name is Edrin," the blonde girl corrected.
The second girl with red hair sat on the bed; her flowing hair covered her naked body. "Leaving already?"
"Yeah, adventurer life, am I right, mandy?" Killian answered as he put his pants on.
"My name is Felly, though," the red-haired woman said, furrowing her eyebrows.
After putting all of his clothes on, Killian approached the two and gave them kisses on the lips before waving his hand as he approached the door. The two girls showed satisfied faces on their faces.
"See you around," Killian said as he walked out of the room.
The two women left on their own.
"He's so handsome, I want to take him home," Edrin said with a meaningful smile. "Too bad; he is not the type to commit."
Felly buried her face on the pillow. "He's so good. I want to have the 20th round with him, but my body could not take it anymore. Why is such a gentle healer like him so rough?"
Killian came out of the inn wearing tunic clothing, from long sleeves to pants and leather boots. He combed his black, wavy hair with his hand, revealing his white skin. He had a chiseled jaw, a beautifully shaped nose, pinkish lips, and a pair of eyes that seemingly had always smug in them. He had the face of a handsome man in his early twenties.
Killian opened the door, and as he entered, the adventurers inside instantly recognized him and showed their big smiles.
"Oh, would you look at that? The womanizing healer is here. How was your night, Killian?" One of the adventurers screamed.
"Nothing special," Killian simply answered while shaking his head.
"Don't lie to us, you were with the two hot women last night! Those two new members of the guild. I saw you with my own eyes!" Screamed one of the adventurers.
"Maybe you can't slay monsters on your own, but I damn sure you can slay women on bed," a muscular adventurer said, his roaring voice sounded.
Killian didn't answer and stood in front of the guild desk, where the clerk was smiling at him brightly. "I am here for the reward of the materials I surrendered yesterday. Have the materials already been verified?"
Killian Ashler is a class D adventurer and healer who never takes dangerous quests. And he was viewed by his comrades as a gentle womanizer because women could not resist his handsome face and natural charm.
Although he was loved by everyone, they thought and accepted that he was weak and could not fend for himself alone; he was a Healer class after all.
Who could have thought that this man was the legendary Zero, the mage of the hero party? He was just hiding his real identity and acting weak, but the truth was, he had power that no one could ever imagine.
