As soon as the test started, Jack realized that he was completely alone in the forest. He quickly remembered what he had learned in survival classes and started looking for water and food. Fortunately, he found a stream and some berries to feed on.

He understood his mentor's teachings of magic and began to move through the bushes and trees carefully so as not to draw the attention of the monsters.

However, Jack soon noticed that he was being followed by a group of giant trolls. He tried to hide behind the trees, but the trolls were so big they could easily see him.

With his heart racing, Jack decided to use his magical powers to face the monsters. He conjured a bolt of magical energy that hit one of the trolls squarely, causing him to fall to the ground.

However, the other trolls were furious and moved even closer to Jack. He concentrated and cast an illusion spell, tricking the trolls into believing he was gone.

Taking advantage of the confusion, Jack quickly walked away and continued to move through the forest. He knew there were still many dangers ahead, but he was determined to survive and qualify for the next stage of the race.

With a lot of effort and magical skill, Jack managed to survive several encounters with monsters and dangerous creatures. Finally, after hours of fighting and strategizing, he emerged from the forest as one of the few survivors of the ordeal.

Exhausted but happy to have made it through, Jack celebrated his victory and looked forward to the next stage of the competition. He knew that with his magical abilities and his determination, he was capable of overcoming any challenges that came his way.
