The small apartment smelled of freshly cooked breakfast. She had a tray on the counter. She placed the plate at the center, juice on the right, serving utensils, and a napkin. She walked several steps to the bedroom and found Emilio sitting up in bed watching television, "Buenos dias, amor," he said to her as he watched her walk toward him with the tray.
"Good morning," she replied cheerfully, "I hope you're hungry."
He received the tray, "All this for me?"
She kissed his mouth, "All this and more."
"I see you're still in a good mood," he acknowledged. He remembered how much energy she had when she returned home. They spoke for hours about her having lunch with Nyla and Emily and how she was excited about possibly signing with a new label.
She asked a lot of questions about Nyla, Gio, and their previous relationships. Emilio confessed that he was once the extra lover for Gio and Miriam and he often participated in sexual relations with Gio and his friends. He was surprised that she took the news so well. However, he was pleased that she did because his heart was in it and she knew it. She left the bed and searched for some clothes in a dresser drawer. "You want me to tag along?" he asked.
"Oh, no. I should be fine."
His face saddened a little. Since Gio and Nyla had been busy, he didn't have much work to do. She sighed, "I'm just trying to keep work and personal separate."
He nodded, "I get it. I'll see if I can find work. I have to find something to do."
"Ask Nigel about working at the club."
He nodded, "I can do that. Yes. That's a great idea."
His morning started with a run. He made it back to the house. As he stood in the kitchen gathering items to prepare a smoothie when his cell phone sounded. He received a text message, "I'll see you at the studio in an hour."
Quickly he replied, "I'll see you then, and thanks for the intel."
She replied with a heart emoji. He grinned and then received another message, "Lady Nyla will perform a one-hour set for your upcoming event. Please check your email for details."
He smiled. The morning was starting great. He heard footsteps approaching. Kathy appeared. She was still in her pajamas, "Good morning," she said as if she were still a little tired.
"Good morning, Tia."
"What did you think of the guys?" she asked as she reached for the coffee pot and filled it with water.
He shrugged, "They seemed fine. You know tia, I was—"
"I'm glad you like them. Look, Donatello, I've been working with you all these years for a reason. I hope you can appreciate what I'm trying to do for you."
"Yes, Tia."
The aroma filled the room. She inhaled, "Um, smells wonderful. Have you heard from your cousin?"
"Maybe she's sleeping in."
"No. I didn't see her in the room. Hmmm."
"Boyfriend?"
She scoffed, "There are no boyfriends. I refuse to let her— anyway, I have to get ready for a meeting."
She took the freshly brewed coffee and poured it into a large cup and then strutted away.
Donatella sent a message, "I know you're here. After you finish fucking my aunt ... can you please convince her to go back to the United States."
Fernando replied, "I'll see what I can do."
She strutted down the block as only she could. Her cell phone was glued to her ear. It was the seventh time she called her daughter. Finally, on the eighth time, she answered, "Bianca, donde estas?"
Bianca had to think quickly. Her mother was under the impression that she was still a virgin and saving herself for marriage but she had not been a virgin in three years. "I met up with a friend. We stayed up talking all night."
"What friend?"
"Um, you remember Elisa?"
"Oh, how is she?"
"She's great. We're headed to breakfast. I'll see you later tonight, okay?"
"Okay, hija." The call ended
Just as Kathy approached the door, she heard, "Katherine?"
She turned and forced out a smile. A woman that she knew from when she was married. A woman that often pried into her business and even put a bug in her late husband's ear that she was cheating with one of his workers.
"Maria Jose, how are you?" she asked but she didn't care.
"I'm fabulous and look at you. You look amazing. I heard about Saul. Such a tragedy. However, do you manage when your life has been one tragic moment after the next?"
She froze for a moment, "With God's grace."
"Yes, yes, God's infinite grace. What would we do without it? How is that daughter of yours? Is she married yet?"
"No. No boyfriends. She's focused on school. I'm teaching her to be independent. So she doesn't feel the need to leech off a man."
Marie Jose's eyebrows lifted, "Good for her."
"And your daughters?"
"Clara is back in Moron, Spain living with her husband. She's having her second child. And Elisa is in Dubai with her husband on honeymoon."
"Honeymoon?"
"Yes, they were married last month. I asked Saul to send you an invite. Lord knows it's been hard to keep up with you since you left."
"You know me. I stay busy. I'm on my way to a meeting now. Enjoy."
"We should have dinner before you leave."
"Yes. Yes," she said and walked away.
She made her way to Fernando's room. When he opened the door, she fussed, "I'm going to kill my daughter," she said as she started taking off her clothes.
Fernando watched getting excited, "Why?"
"She's up to something and I need you to help me get to the bottom of it." She rubbed his bare chest and kissed his mouth, "And before you protest," she rubbed his cock in her left hand, "remember that I am your boss."
How could he say "no," when her mouth skills were impeccable? His eyes rolled back. She had every inch devoured; her lips brushed against his pubes. His ass cheeks were flexed as he pushed deeper waiting for the gag but she rarely gagged on his rod. His eyes rolled and he belted out, "Oh fuck!"
She backed off his rod, spit on it, and rubbed it up and down his shaft before circling the tip with her tongue. Once she had enough, she stood and turned to show him her firm ass. She spread her ass open so he could see her split. He placed the tip at the opening and pushed. He held her neck and plowed her just like she loved.
"Fuck me, I'm your little slut."
"You're my little slut."
"Si, papi, si, ay! Damelo!"
Nyla was thoroughly annoyed. They had been on a mission to find a new home. One that could accommodate their growing family. They needed at least five bedrooms, and three bathrooms and wanted a large kitchen and a spacious backyard.
Gio rubbed her lower back, "I saved the best for last. I'm sure you'll love this one."
She rolled her eyes. Erick chuckled, "She better love it, Gio or you might get slapped."
She chuckled, "I wouldn't slap him. Maybe pluck his forehead."
When they stepped out of the car, immediately her face beamed, "Please tell me it's the white-bricked house with all the trees in front," she said with hope.
He smiled and watched as she hurried to the black door. He hurried with the key in hand and opened the door. The foyer was inviting. A large space with framed art on the walls led to double glass doors which opened to the living room and the rest of the house.
It was spacious, bright, and neat. "I love this house," she admitted.
"You haven't seen the whole thing yet," Gio said smiling.
Erick laughed, "The woman has spoken. This is the house."
The rest of the house was just as amazing. The main room had an outside sitting area that was closed off by a glass door. The bathroom was huge. Erick's room was next door. The nursey would be across the hall and there were two other bedrooms down the hall.
The backyard was big. It had a gazebo with seating and a lot of luscious green grass, tall towering bushes, and trees. Gio made a phone call to his person and put in a bid on the house.
As they stood outside, Nyla received a call. She saw Miriam's name. She answered, "Hello there!"
Miriam heard the smile in her voice, "Aren't you just a ray of sunshine."
"I try."
Gio and Erick headed inside to give her some privacy. She saw them enter the house and continued to exchange pleasantries. She told Miriam about the house, the babies, and the album that was scheduled to be released.
"Sounds like things are going great. You guys have moved on without me."
"Oh, don't say that. You know you're welcome to visit any time."
"I'm sure with you and Gio but what about ... Nigel?"
Nyla sighed, "That part of your life is over M, let Nigel be. You're okay, right?"
"Yes. Of course. I just miss you and the guys. Maybe I'll visit next week."
"That would be great." After the call ended, she made her way inside. She stood in the kitchen. She heard sounds coming from the office. She found her men entangled. Erick bent over slightly holding the wall as Gio worked his rear.
She watched. Gio turned, "The bid was accepted. Come join us."
She was lying in bed when he entered the room. "How was your phone call?" she asked with a hint of attitude.
He slid into bed next to her, "That's nothing for you to worry about," he reassured her. He had finally returned Miriam's call. She called to shoot the breeze but was shocked at how cold Jake was to her.
He explained to her that he was busy. She asked if he had found someone and he told her that was none of her business and that he was still salty over what happened with Nyla and Gio. Bianca cuddled next to him, "I have to leave soon. My mother expects me for dinner tonight."
He kissed the top of her head, "It's okay."
"What are you going to do tonight?" she asked out of curiosity.
"I was thinking about hitting up a club. See what nightlife is like out'chea."
She chuckled, "I love your Florida accent."
"Is that right?"
She giggled and climbed on top of him, "I want to run away with you."
He smiled, "That's sweet but you know we can't do that."
"Maybe not right away but in a few months when she gets occupied with other things."
He shook his head, "You're your mother's only child. She will always be hyper-focused on you. Just try to focus on a guy she approves of. I'll always be here for you."
"Marry a man I don't love and see you on the side ... I don't know."
"Your mom did it for years."
Bianca scoffed, "My mom?"
Jake chuckled, "You ain't know your moms and Fernando—"
"Jake, stop."
"Are you serious right now, B?"
She left the bed and looked for her clothes, "You shouldn't say things like that. My mom loved my father. She would never cheat on him with one of his lowly employees. My mom has class."
He walked over to her, "Okay. My bad. I was just joking." He kissed her mouth and she melted like an ice cube on hot asphalt.
"Maybe I can sneak away and find you tonight."
"A'ight, then. Call me."
She wore an all-black jumpsuit with the back out. She was every bit her mother's daughter. Her busts were full and seemed to want to explode from the thin garment. Her back had impressive muscle tone. She walked swiftly toward the end of the hall and prepared to make a right to the elevator when she heard a voice that startled her, "Ms. Bianca."
Her phone almost hit the floor but she caught it and then looked up, "Fernando?"
He cleared his throat, "Yes. It's me."
"Does my mother have you spying on me?"
He sighed, "Your mother knows that you haven't been exactly honest with her."
"She hasn't been so honest with me either."
His eyebrow lifted. She pointed at him, "I know you're fucking my mother."
"And now that you know, what will you do?"
She hesitated and huffed, "It's not fair."
He chuckled, "Life is that way. I suggest that you and your little friend do a better job at hiding your indiscretions. Your mother is nice but she has a side not even the devil cares to see." He pressed the tiny button, it binged, and the doors opened, "enjoy the rest of your day."
She shuddered and grunted before stepping onto the car. The doors closed and she went down to the first floor.
The space was adequate. The equipment wasn't top-of-the-line but it wasn't far from it. He figured as he made more money, he could invest in newer technology. "La Mejor Musica," he said to her as she sat across from him in the small office.
"I like it," Sky replied. She was glad she didn't have to wait on Nigel to come around. This was a path to what she wanted and quicker.
"So, this guy you're seeing—"
"Emilio."
"Yes. You're not upset that he's had sexual relations with who is now considered one of your biggest rivals."
"Rival?"
"Lady Nyla is your competition."
"She and I are friends now. Besides, Emilio loves me and she loves Gio."
"And what about you?"
"Me?"
"Who do you love?"
She seemed puzzled by the question. He smiled, "If our relationship is going to work, you have to be upfront with me."
"I have been. I am."
He reached out his hand. Her hand touched his. He held it and smiled. She smiled.
A busy night at the club. Flashing lights, people gyrating and jumping up and down. The music blasted and people laughed and drank blissfully. Jake stepped into the club and looked around. He was amazed at the size of the club and all its going on. He heard a familiar voice singing. Slowly his feet carried him to the main lounge where he saw his former wife.
He stepped back into someone. He turned, "Excuse me."
"No worries," he replied as he stood with a drink in hand, "she's amazing right?"
He nodded and walked away. He saw Nyla leaving the stage and heading to the bar. He waited until she ordered and then slid up behind her, "Hey Nyla boo."
She turned to him, "Jake? What the hell—"
"Relax. I'm not here to blow up your spot."
"Then why are you here?"
"Are you supposed to be drinking?" he asked as he looked at her belly, "I had no idea. You move fast."
"It's a virgin frozen drink and you know how much I've wanted to be a mother."
He nodded, "Yeah, I know. Look, I'm sorry for all the shit I put you through, real talk."
Her eyes watered, "Thanks."
"You betta go on back to your man before someone snatches you from him as he took you from me," he joked. He watched her walk away before turning to the bar to order a Long Island Ice Tea.
"I'll have the same," his voice sounded as he paid for both drinks, "looks like we keep running into each other."
"Thanks for the drink but I don't swing that way."
He chuckled, "Nor do I. I was merely attempting to be friendly. I saw you talking to a woman earlier. The singer."
"Yeah, what about her?"
"I was just curious. Do you two know each other?"
"You ask a lot of questions."
"And you act very suspiciously. Haven't I seen you before?"
Jake shrugged, "Naw man. Again, thanks for the drink." Jake walked off. His eyes followed until Jake sat at a table and was joined by Fernando. He rubbed his chin. His mind flashed back to the day he was in Florida when he saw Jake walking the hallway when he went to see Katherine. Now, what is my aunt's little fuck toy doing in London with one of his cronies? He wondered.
He looked over to the VIP area where he saw Nyla with Gio kissing. He sighed. Earlier that day he had his pipe drained but he suddenly had a stiff cock in need of another draining.
