Same Old You

Another day and the same old love. The same love for life we once had. Again we lose the wish to live, once we start to have the dark times like everyone else. The dark memories or something else that scatters our heart. Mind and everything we love in a stops for a minute. Minute after a minute, day after a day, month after a month, we lose the person we have been before. We lose our mind, we lose our heart to people who hurts us.

We shouldn't be like that, we shouldn't think that way, we shouldn't keep ourselves busy with the things that are taking us down.

Who was the one to overthink things? -You.

Who was the one that keeps on thinking all the worst about themselves? -You.

Who was the one crying alone and in pain while no one was looking? -You.

Who was the one searching for love, support and someone who will listen to them? -You.

So, why don't you say:

I am sad,

I need your help,

I want someone to hear my voice,

I am in pain,

I am not okay,

I am feeling down?

The words like: "Help me, I need you, Can you listen to me,..." and more words like that, won't get you into trouble.

You'll need to have conversation with people you trust and love, they want to listen to you anytime but you should go be them the opportunity to listen to you.

People who care about you need to know what's going on in you mind, they need to know what's happening.

So give them that opportunity.

Happiness won't come just like that, we, like everyone on this planet need to work for something to receive it.

Friends also won't come to you just like that not will a lover do.

How can someone love you, when you don't love yourself?

Ask yourself that, ask yourself why do you hate yourself.

Why do you think it's disgusting when someone says the words as "I love you."?

Learn to love yourself first to live someone else or to receive someone's love.

All people are different, and so are you.
