"I see, can you at least tell me why you haven't been promoted to the Open Heaven Realm yet?"

"Ah, now that I can tell you. The reason is simple. Aside from not having the resources needed I don't really see a need for it yet. Think about it, I can brutally beat down Rank 7s with little expenditure. What reason do I have to desire a new realm before I have the resources I want?"

"This is a little private. However I can confirm it is not a cheap expenditure."

He began condensing more Rank 8 Trees. He learned from an attempt to make a rank 9 resource that he would need 9 times more rank 8 than he needed rank 7 for a set of Rank 8. It was not a pleasant situation he had been presented with. He used all of the new little world spirits to the fullest. He began condensing 100s of resource trees. The Rank 1 trees could be considered useless but a few of the little world spirits make tea from them. Since it was a good idea Yang Rai decided to make more of them so they could drink as much of the tea as they wanted so long as they saved some for him to use in void land. After many fusions he had made his rank 6 and below trees number 729. He really likes to keep everything in sets of 9. As for his Rank 7 trees they now numbered 243 while his Rank 8 trees hit 182.
