The Iron Fist.

" I said I'd come with you, Stark. I never said I was going to fight my people." I told the man. I had chosen to go with the avengers on the hopes of maybe seeing a better end to the current mess. But the Avengers wanted me to help them fight my own people, and that's something I wouldn't do. I may be able to see past Scott and the others madness, but the rest of them are only fighting for survival.

" Then why are you even here, kid?" Tony asked.

" Because I wanted to get a different point of view in all of this. But asking me to fight my own people is not something I'm okay with. Especially since you just happen to have the person who nearly wiped the mutants off the face of the earth just hanging around anyway." I replied. When I had found out that the scarlet witch had been the one to cripple Mutant kind in the first place, I was shocked and revolted. But that is neither here nor there. There are more important things to worry about.

" Whatever you say kid." Stark replied.

" You need to focus, to learn the Iron fist in such a short amount of time is next to impossible. Without proper concentration." Lei-Kung spoke. Since we departed, we moved around a lot to keep the phoenix five from finding us. Our last stop just happened to be Kun Lun, the birthplace of all Martial arts. When we came here and hope started training, I just had to join in. When could learning the Iron fist not come in handy?

" I know, I am focusing." I replied. Lei-Kung, the Thunderer, was one of the immortal masters of Kun Lun. And is the one who taught the Iron fist the way of Kun Lun Martial arts. A real martial arts master. He had a hand in training each and every Iron fist before the current one.

" Tell me, young one. What drives you? What makes you wish to learn the ways of the Iron Fist?" Lei-Kung asked.

I continued doing the one-handed push-ups, that Lei-kung asked me too, while I was busy thinking of a proper answer. " Well, I just want to be the strongest." I replied. " The idea of beating the best the world has to offer. To stand on top as the strongest. That's my goal."

Lei-Kung grinned.

" A hard goal to accomplish, when you have gods among men. Think you can pull it off?" Lei-Kung asked.

" Won't know unless I try."

" In all my years, I've never seen someone grasp the way of Kun Lun so easily, so quickly. I was told to teach, Hope the Iron fist. But I don't see why I can't teach it to you as well. Stand up. It's time for your final lesson." Lei-Kung spoke.

I got up to my feet and followed the man into a cave deep in the mountains. Even I couldn't anticipate what I found there.

P.O.V. Change.

" Come on people! Get a move on. This is the last of them." Iron fist shouted.

See during their fighting the X-men began taking prisoners. And the avengers decided it was time to help free their comrades from their prison. The Avengers carried, Ms. marvel, Thor, Spider-woman, Thing, Black Widow, and Hawkeye out of a portal from Magiks prison in limbo.

" Wait? Where's Spiderman?" Hope asked as she looked back for the bug.

" Damn." Stev, Wolverine, Storm, and T'Challa ran back through the portal to find Spiderman.

Meanwhile in the city of Kun Lun, a bright light erupted in the sky.

" What in the world is that?" Hope asked Iron fist as she looked up into the sky,

" That is what it looks like when someone tears their way through dimensions. I am sorry, Hope. I truly am." Iron fist explained to the young girl as he looked up into the sky.

" Sorry? What do you... Oh god." Hope exclaimed as she realized what it was the man was looking at.

" I am sorry we will never get to finish your training." Iron fist said to the girl.

" HOPE!" Scott called out to the girl as his form appeared through the light.

The heroes and Hope all looked up in defeat as the man floated above them.

" Time to come home." Scott said to the girl. " Play time is over. Time to face destiny." Scott told the girl. He then tried to blast her and Iron fist with his Optic blasts, thankfully Iron fist managed to get them both out of the way. " Why even resist? You're putting innocent people at risk for no reason. Don't you see what we've accomplished?"

" Well... Mussolini made the train run on time too, summers... But you're not taking this girl." Iron fist told the man.

" Please Iron fist... Don't make me laugh."

" When I move, you run." Iron fist told Hope.

" No, this is my." Hope tried arguing but Iron fist shut her up.

" Find Lei Kung he'll know what to do if anyone does." Iron fist told the girl he then leaped at Scoot to attack. Scott effortlessly caught the man in the air and swatted him aside. He then turned his attention back to the fleeing Hope.

Scott went to catch the girl but was suddenly assaulted by Iron man.

" What is now, Stark?" Scott asked.

" It's called everything I got left." Tony told the man as they went hurdling through the city of Kun Lun.

Hope, however, was distracted with trying to find Lei-Kung. She moved across a bridge that heads into the mountains as fast as she could.

When she arrived at the base of the mountain, she looked into the sky and saw a brilliant dragons light.

Scott, however, had finished his fight with Tony, when he too saw the dragons light.

" You're wasting my time, Stark... And it doesn't matter. I'll find the girl. This whole city can't stop me." Scott told the man.

" Might be mistaken about that." Tony replied.

" I'm practically a god.... Mystical kung fu doesn't worry me." Scott told the man. " Don't get in my way again."

Scott went on to continue looking for Hope. Tearing his way through the ancient city to find the girl.

" Come out, Hope! I'm not here to hurt you." Scott spoke.

" You even believe that yourself, Summers? Or do you think she's just an idiot?" Hawkeye asked the man.

He and the rest of the injured heroes who were imprisoned, Thor, and the Thing, managed to recover enough to get up and fight Scott.

" Time to pay for your crimes, Stripling!" Thor decreed.

" What blondies tryn ta say is...." The thing spoke.

Ben was going to use his famous quote, but Scott blasted all three of them with the full power of his Phoenix infused Optic beams.

" How's that for a clobbering time?" Scott asked the three men.

Thor had been the only one in good enough shape to even stand, and even then, he was too weakened to lift himself up straight.

Scott went to finish the god when suddenly, a blast of green light fire hit him in the back.

Scott hit the ground and when he looked up, he saw The Legendary Dragon Shao Lao, and on top his back were Lei-Kung, Hope, and Shiva.

Shao Lao tried to hit Scott once again, but this time Scott was ready. he countered the beasts fire breath with his Optic beams. Scott managed to overpower the dragon and force it to the ground in a nearby graveyard.

" You hurt me... That won't happen again, creature." Scott raised his hand to finish the dragon, when a glowing purple fist slammed into Scott's jaw. A combination of some unknown energy and the Iron Fist. (Unknown Iron fist.) First use.

" AHHHH!" Scott hollered in pain.

Scott looked up and saw it was Shiva, who had hit him. His hands glowing with some kind of energy. Much different from Dani's Iron fist, yet similar.

" Are you going to fight me now, boy?" Scott asked.

" Maybe. Depends on what you do next." Shiva replied.

Scott felt the area he had been hit at, still burning. Scott was fire, his entire body shrouded in it. A phoenix. He shouldn't be able to be burned. Not by any kind of normal fire.

" I need you to move, boy." Scott told the boy.

" And I'm not letting you take, Hope. Which means..." Shiva exploded from his position towards Scott. His fist raised and ready to strike.
