Third person's POV

Laura looked around her, but that didn't help ease her frightening mood, and the fact that her mom was no longer there also made her feel even more frightened than she was after the nightmare, so brought her knees to her chest In the bed and wrapped her arms around it.
"It's not my fault, it's not my fault," she kept repeating to herself a few more times as she remembered the nightmare she just had.
Her mom and the doctor came into the room but she didn't look at them she felt like she was still stuck in the nightmare reliving it all over again.
The doctor rushes to her side when he saw her rocking back and forth on the bed and tries to get her to stop.
"Miss Laura, please calm down, " the doctor said but she wasn't even listening to him.
Her mom stood with her hands to her mouth as a new set of tears streamed down her face, she couldn't believe her always cheerful daughter was now unrecognisable.
