In a hurry, I left the apartment through the window, and quickly made my way through the city jumping on the rooftops.
The boy's message didn't specify where the organization appeared, he just wrote "here." But, since he was going to work, that was where I headed as well. Judging by how much time has passed since he left, he should have gotten there about now.
I jumped back down on the ground in a back alley nearby, without even making sure that there was no one around, and pretty much ran to the bar's entrance. I looked around, and not seeing the boy, I went inside.
He was already behind the bar, polishing some glasses. When he saw me, he looked at me with a nervous half-smile. He seemed to be pretending that everything was fine in front of his coworkers, so that he wouldn't raise any difficult questions.
