Double Trouble

Chapter Sixty-Nine

She has to accept the truth that she IS still married and has an obligation in this marriage.

"Have you seen your inbox, Hyun? Better see it now!" muttered Shin Dae. Hyun opened his messages; shock and fear were written all over his face.

Hyun and Rielle came down for breakfast. Both were in a happy mood which surprised the house staff, and they were elated with how Hyun and Rielle treated each other at the breakfast table. Hyun fed Rielle her favorite salad, and Rielle forked a strip of bacon into Hyun's mouth. And as they laughed together, the maidservants giggled too, thrilled at how the couple treated each other. Far from their memory back then, they recalled how the couples bickered, especially Rielle, always in a bad mood, always disagreeable with anything Hyun-Ki said. At the same time, the husband remained calm and always called her 'Sweetheart' even with the most undesirable behavior Rielle showed him.

They thought that if Misses Rielle did not get drunk that night and Master Hyun-Ki did not bring her to their main room, perhaps to this date, they always had about something to argue. They felt how good the atmosphere had been around them and was looking forward to better things for the couple.

One day, Hyun-Ki's lawyer came into the CEO's Office to find out how his client was doing and told Hyun-Ki that he and Rielle must submit to a consultation with a marriage counselor as required by the judge's ruling. Hyun-Ki called Rielle over the phone and informed her about this consultation, and she happily agreed. Attorney Tan was happy about the development of their relationship and congratulated the couple, hoping no more problems in their relationship may arise.

Meanwhile, Rielle was busy compiling her records on her on-site tours in the real estate office when Akio Hinode suddenly showed up in the office. He was excitedly happy to find Rielle by her table, busy with her routine that Akio came to her and hugged her. Everyone in the office was shocked when they witnessed Akio's behavior, making Rielle flinch and agitated. Rielle stood up and was about to reprimand Akio when he pulled her out of her seat and walked her out of the office, going to his. The salespeople were astonished by Akio's action and followed their eyes to where Akio led Rielle. She was fighting Akio's grip on her hand, but Akio refused to let go until they reached his office. Akio locked the door, closing the blinds of his office facing the Reception Hall and loosening her grip on Rielle.

"What are you doing, Akio? Are you losing your mind?" Akio's move perturbed Rielle.

"Yes, I guess I am losing my mind, Rielle. Please stay with me." Begged Akio.

"I cannot do that, Akio. I am married, and you know that." Rielle reminded him.

"But you were abandoned, already long separated, Rielle. Why didn't you tell that to the judge so he could have made a different decision in favor of you?" Akio stressed.

"I'm sorry, Akio, but Hyun and I are doing fine now; we were doing our best to make up for the lost time." Added Rielle. Akio couldn't believe what he had heard from Rielle.

"Are you kidding me, Rielle? When was the last time that you both had a disagreement in my favor, and now you're telling me everything is fine for both of you? You're lying, Rielle!"

"Look, Akio. What we had was beautiful and worthwhile, and I don't want to lose that memory of you," Rielle said softly.

"So, you mean you cannot forget our lovemaking, is that right, Rielle?" asked Akio, somehow pleased with what Rielle said.

"Akio! You're impertinent! Is that what you can be proud of what you've done? You violated me, Akio, remember? It was not my liking that happened!" protested Rielle. Sadness and grief wrote all over Akio's face, facing Rielle, asking for her forgiveness for his impertinence.

"I am sorry, but I have no regrets about having done that to you because, for me, it was the most beautiful thing that happened to us both. I think I'm falling in love with you, Rielle." Confessed Akio, almost in tears, as he held her arms.

Akio then groped her shoulders, staring at her with sadness, wrapped her around his arms, embracing her tightly. Rielle couldn't breathe, and she was trying to get off his arms around her, but instead, she soothed Akio, tapping his back.

"I liked you, too, Akio, but it happened at the wrong time. Please, stop this, don't confuse me; you must accept that we cannot become lovers, I am still married, and I agreed with Hyun-Ki to start all over again, to fix our marriage." Rielle implored.

Akio released Rielle and sadly gazed at her face, looked at her eye to eye, then gravely said,

"I have no choice then but leave, and for good. I will finish everything I had built here as I promised my father before he would assign someone to replace me. I cannot live here anymore if I cannot have you, Rielle. And I cannot bear to see you have a renewed life with Hyun-Ki. What's the use? I must as well be gone rather than die hurting. I wish you well, Rielle." Sniffling and wiping his tears, he opened the office door to let Rielle leave.

Rielle can't help her tears, too, for she has a feeling for Akio but has to control it for her promise to Hyun-Ki to fix their lives together. She was wiping her tears as she was leaving Akio's Office while the real estate staff witnessed the sadness of both Rielle and Akio. They felt empathy for both, and sadness they feel like crying.

It has been a trying week for Rielle; the thought of Akio's decision to leave for good, her feeling for him that she fully cannot understand but wants to treasure in her heart, her confused feelings for Hyun-Ki; does she love Hyun-Ki the way she had before? But why was she thrilled by the thought of losing herself during that time of Akio's sudden insanity of forcing himself on her? Why is she having second thoughts and cannot entirely give up her feelings for Akio? Having Akio comes to mind, she feels joy and thrill about him, only to suppress it that might give her away the true feelings she was controlling and keeping deeper into her heart.

She has to accept the truth that she IS still married and has an obligation in this marriage. Then maybe time will help her forget her real feelings for Akio, especially since she won't see him for good.

At the Han residence, Hyun-Ki was waiting for Rielle, pacing back and forth from the main entrance to the living room impatiently, wondering why she was still out there when it was already dark. A little longer, he heard Rielle's car stop by the main entrance, ran to the door to open it, and seeing Rielle smiling at him, forgot his impatience.

"I want to invite you to see a movie tonight, Sweetheart. Let us date?" he earnestly asked. Rielle teasingly replied, "have you missed me that much today that you're asking for a date?" making a little importance for attention; Rielle gave a gentle smile. Hyun-Ki grabbed her waist and had a nose-to-nose touch.

Hyun-Ki and Rielle entered the cinema, and while Hyun was buying their ticket, Rielle was buying their favorite snack, nachos and Coke. Both went inside in haste to catch up at the movie's beginning. The lights were off, and the movie started. Hyun-Ki hung his arm on Rielle's shoulder, and Rielle kept her body close to Hyun-Ki while both were finishing the nachos and Coke. As the film is in the romantic part, Hyun holds Rielle closer and is affected by the romantic scene, gets hold of Rielle's chin, puts his face closer then starts kissing Rielle. Rielle stopped him sheepishly, reminding him they were in a public place.

Hyun-Ki was sulking when they were out of the cinema, which made Rielle laugh, telling Hyun he was like a child deprived of candy. Hyun-Ki hung his arm on Rielle's neck while walking out to their car and started kissing her head, chuckling and joking about their romance in the cinema as funny and childish.

Back home. Rielle was changing her clothes when Hyun happened to her. He was stunned at Rielle's body while standing in the center of the room, speechless. Spellbound he was since he saw Rielle's beautiful, curvy body. Rielle felt conscious of Hyun's stare and became fidgety, grabbing her robe to cover herself partially. Hyun quickly took off his shirt and moved briskly toward her.

Hyun came closer to Rielle, feeling the heat emerging from his body, feeling aggressive. He grabbed her waist and kissed her mouth. Rielle froze. She could not move away; awakened her sensations by Hyun's kisses and his touch on her skin. He plunged his tongue into her mouth, feeling her pillowy, soft lips, sucking and tasting her tongue until they both intertwined; Rielle felt weak from Hyun's aggressive touch on her uncovered skin, bringing more heat and passion, making her body motionless, freely drifting with the waves of his motion, pulling her into his hardness, then carried her behind as he laid her to bed, groaning to every breath from Rielle, murmuring and grunting the words, 'I love you, 'I missed you so much as they became more passionate.

After the storm of passion subsided, Hyun was staring at Rielle's beautiful, delicate face, tracing it with his finger and running through her nose and lips, saying softly, "you're so beautiful, Rielle; I missed gazing at you closely." Rielle was voiceless, letting him speak, listening attentively, staring at his face; then she touched his hair, groping it with her fingers, realizing how much she missed this man she once loved deeply.

Hyun put his face close to Rielle's and kissed her eyes, her nose, her cheeks, then he muttered softly and gently, "It has been so long, Rielle; I missed you so much, it has been hurting me for so long for having lost you, and now that I found you, nothing will ever separate us again." Misty-eyed, he kissed Rielle again and gave in to his kisses, feeling so wonderfully loved.

Early morning of the week. Hyun-Ki just came out of the shower when his cell phone rang. In an apprehensive tone, Shin Dae was at the end of the line. "Have you seen your inbox, Hyun? Better see it now!" muttered Shin Dae. Puzzled, Hyun opened his messages; shock and fear were written all over his face.

"What did you see, Hyun?" asked Shin Dae. Hyun froze for a moment, and as he looked at the photo in his message, his eyes widened in shock!

"This can't be Shin Dae. This can't be!" the message made his loud voice mix with fear.
