Chapter 10: The Gala

The girls put on their gowns including their mother and they all got ready. They went to Wilson Hall on time just had give Nat and Fia a work. It was a lot of work and could easily do everything with the help of magic but thanks to Miss smarty pants Willow they gave them a job with certain rules which summed it up.

2} DON'T THROW ANYTHING AWAY

3} DON'T USE MAGIC

4} DON'T TALK TO ANYONE ELSE ACCEPT EACH OTHER

NOTE:- IF ANYONE ENTERS WITHOUT PERMISSION THEN TRAP THEM THERE BUT WITHOUT BEING NOTICED OR SEEN OR SUSPECTED.

When Arista and Willow entered the hall with Mrs Eles they were getting showered with praises, attention and compliments. Mrs Eles said that she wanted to meet a friend of her's and told them to stick together and left.

"Oh! my Hello Evelyn" said a lady in a white gown.

"Hiya, Ladies" said Mrs Eles

"Heard your girls got Famotic wands." said a woman in green.

"Ah! yes, they did"spoke Mrs Eles with pride which made the girls feel happy.

They had a lot of fun dancing and eating and enjoying themselves. It was not bad for a first Gala for Willow and the best for Arista. Then Willow was called on stage to give the views. Artista thought that she did not prepare for the speech but smart Willow didn't forgot.

"I thank all for coming here and thank the teachers' and Mr Milton for arranging such a marvelous event. As you all know the wand ceremony today doubled my happiness and my spirits. I also thank Mrs Eles and my dear friend Arista for taking me in and forever being with me till the end and making me a part of such a wonderful family. It was a very special day for me and will remain with me as a really special memory. Thank you..." said Willow giving her speech.

"....I wish all, everyone here or not, a great, happy and content life. In the end I would like to give my blessings to Miss Willow Wander- the Dracotoil Catcher" said Mr Milton in his speech.

After Willow's speech it was Miss Dazzle's, then Miss Grinfore's followed by Mr Milton's. Then it was time for a Gala. Everyone danced in pairs. Two gentlemen asked Arista and Willow for a dance. They agreed.

"Hi, I am Richard" said the gentleman asking Arista for the dance.

"Well, this is my first dance, so.." said Willow

"Oh! mine too, I am Mike by the way" said the gentleman asking Willow for the dance.

"Ah! Mike Miller..um..I am" said Willow

"..Willow..Who doesn't knows your name?" said Mike

"That's the problem!" said Willow

"What do you mean?" asked Mike

"Um.. it's the attention I don't like!" said Willow

"You are not the only one" said Mike

As they danced, Willow saw Raven slowly dancing towards her. She told this to Mike. They had an idea. Turns out Mike is also quite smart. They kept dancing as they didn't know what Raven was about to do. And as soon as Raven tried to trip Willow Milton pick her up into a twirl or catch her. When it was dinner time ,they laughed at what had happened and Arista and Richard joined in. Raven got so mad that she flung her partner away and walked out.

They excused themselves and joined again after Dinner. They all talked a lot. When Mrs Eles called the girls they promised to hang out again sometime. They returned with home with Mrs Eles.
