Getting stronger

Jian Feng was sitting in a meditative position on the bed, as he slowly opened his eyes which occasionally flickered with cold light.He let out a breath of turbid air.

Attainment or comprehension of spirit dao in laymen terms is your knowledge regarding your own spirit,when one first starts cultivating they would have generally have zero idea about their soul spirit.But as time passes they would start gaining a understanding of their spirit, for example when they use their spirit for various purpose they keep gaining knowledge.If a person has spear spirit, as they keep using it in battle their proficiency and understanding towards their own spirit increase.

Strictly speaking of how to breakthrough, it is already know that one has to depend on their spirit to absorb qi from the surroundings and then transfer it to the Cultivator.But this qi where does it go?? Does it just disappear inside a person's body???, well here is were a person's attainment comes to play.

In a human body there millions of spirit chains inside them,which are responsible for proper functioning of their body. These spirit chains are different for every individual depending on their spirits.Only when ones attainment of his spirit increase does he starts to gain understanding of these spirit chains. Now in Jian Feng's case he already has very high attainment in his spirit dao.He has spent almost 400 year's studying his spirit.He is very clear on which chains are to absorb qi and how much, which chains are not to come in contact with qi during cultivation. Every realm has its own select chains for breakthrough of that particular realm.

For the Bone forging realm once the the qi is absorbed from those particular spirit chains , the absorbed qi is used to nourish the bones in the entire body, making them more resilient and increasing strength of the person to a inhuman level!

At the peak of bone realm one would have the strength capable of lifting 1000kgs of weights, their agility will be increased to a superhuman level.Their stamina will have reached level where they could keep running for 2 hrs at full speed without breaking a sweat.

Jian Feng next began to undress as he got into a tub , the tub was half filled with water, he sat inside in a meditative position. He then willed the blood shadow, it came out and faced him before opening it's tiny mouth and spewing out small amount of blood on the tub. Then it went inside him again.

Jian Feng then took a small knife, he coldly looked at it before Impaling both of his thighs, then before continuing to stab his palms in the center. Jian Feng looked extremely indifferent, as if the one getting stabbed was not him.Blood started to come out from his wounds, as they slowly mixed with diluted blood which was already present.

The golden Trident mark of the Blood spirit inside Jian Feng started to glow lightly. The blood in the tub started to flow inside Jian Feng from his wounds, as it began to first nourish his bones before moving towards his organs and skin.This process kept on repeating itself.This was a very painfull process but Jian Feng kept enduring it without making a sound.

This demonic art was one of Jian Feng's own creation,Using his high attainment he was able to create this demonic art in his previous life which could strengthen the body and build a sturdy foundation.When one reaches the peak of this art there would be a qualitative change.

Time slowly continued to pass, in the blink of an eye a month had already passed.
