Star verse Academy

Tring.. tring...

I woke up seeing the same familiar ceiling, a pure white colour with circular red engraving in the center. I sat up straight and rubbed my eyes, looking around I found the alarm clock on the floor, completely busted.

I felt a headache just seeing this.

' That old man's gonna kill me.'

I stared blankly at the alarm clock.

' This is the 30th time in a row.'

' Guess I created a new record.'

I heaved an exasperated sigh and walked out of the room. I did the morning chores and a bit of stretching and packed my bag. I got out of the mansion and sat in the red coloured classic old fashioned mana car owned by the old man.

" To the Star verse Academy."

" Yes sir."

The driver drove the car out of the mansion and headed to our destination ' Star verse Academy'.

I know, sounds like a typical novel thing, but for me this is a real world and I really hope that there's no world level threat coming. Specially that academy drama and tragedies. The old man with cat ears that I met on the first day is the principal of the Star verse Academy.

Some might say that I am pretty lucky, but I did calculate these things. First that old man was the first one who discovered me in the forest which means he is one of the strongest person on this planet. I just had to play my cards right and use some bullshitting skills. After showing him my wind affinity, he accepted me without a question.

I can change my status window any time because of my status as a Planetary spirit and a human. I just showed him my wind affinity and nothing else.

I also got my identification card from the office.

In this world, to obtain an identification card you just had to show the name on your status window to the officer. No one can modify 'The Records' as they claim, but I am a in a different LEAGUE you know.

" We have arrived at the Star verse Academy sir."

I exited the car and thanked the driver. I turned around and looked up to get a better view of the academy.

The Star verse Academy stood there as if the surrounding nature had embraced it, that the flora flowed within it as much as around it. For the architect had loved the trees so much that there was a mighty tree in the center, millennium old, and the circular metal building had been built around it. The Star verse Academy was written in bold letters on the bark of the mighty tree right above the building in blue colour. Stone statues of humanoid tiger guarded the entrance, a freshly trimmed lawn, flowering bushes and sunlight reflecting off the water droplets on large leaves on a typical warm summer day created a mesmerizing view which I couldn't get enough of.

There were four large buildings which looked like a modern architectures connected to each other. Among the four buildings were three buildings for each year and the last one for all the teachers and staff. The first year building is on the West side, East for the second year, South for third years and the further in the north for the teachers and the staff.

As I walked towards the main gate, the sight of two beautiful girls greeted me. I was stopped in my tracks by them as I neared the entrance.

" Yo, are you the new transfer student?"

I halted my steps and took a look at them. A girl with long wavy red hair, crimson red eyes, a beautiful face, smooth white skin and busty breast spoke to me in an energetic voice.

I nodded at her, unable to speak anything because of her overwhelming beauty.

" Oh! are you an introvert like her?" She elbowed the girl standing beside her.

She had long silky white hair, crystal blue eyes and a face which could only be described as otherworldly, pale white skin and smooth long legs.

For a second I was lost, I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

" Oye! I am here too you know." An energetic voice brought me out of my fantasies. I turned to side and found the red haired girl pouting..... my heart almost melted seeing her cute reaction.

" My name is Ethne, nice to meet you." She extended her hand for a handshake.

As I touched her hands it felt so soft that a sensation spread throughout my body.

' Slap.'

I gave myself an imaginary slap to stop thinking of anything unnecessary.

" My name is Rudra Reddy, nice to meet you as well." I said in a calm tone while maintaining my poker face which was getting redder by the minute.

" Huh? are you sick? your face turned completely red." Ethne said while placing her hand on my forehead.

' Dumb girls, don't they understand that I am getting embarrassed here.'

" It's nothing." I backed down.

" Ok." She backed down and elbowed the silver hair girl to introduce herself.

" My name is Snow, but everyone calls me vice-president. Nice to meet you." She said in a calm tone without any expressions on her face.

" Nice to..... wait, what? you are the student council vice-president."

My poker face turned into the one of disbelief.

" Yes and she is the student council president." Snow said while pointing at Ethne.

' Just what did I do to owe the pleasure of being welcomed by the student council president and vice president.

I once again nodded blankly as I couldn't say anything.

" Follow me newbie, I will show you the way to our classroom."

Ethne said and started walking ahead, Snow followed behind her and so did I.

We headed towards the West building, the corridors were long and wide made out of a metal which made a tuk tuk sound on stepping. We arrived before a large double door made out of Wood with classical design and a symbol of letter 'D' carved in the center.

Ethne rang the bell and my heart raced as I waited for the door to open.

Thump thump.

Damn this dual heartbeat. It's making me more nervous.

The door opened with a creaking sound and a head popped out from it.

" You are late."

A middle aged man with disheveled black hair spoke in a groggy voice.

" Come In." He didn't waste much time and walked to the podium.

I followed behind him and stood on the platform looking at the faces of students.
