Creating another Earth

Rudra returned to his room after the dinner while thinking about today.
Man things sure were lively today.
Beast Battles are pretty hardcore.
A Sunday well spent indeed.
Nothing makes me prouder than this.
I still have some time before going to bed.
What to do?
Hm... let's check on my Authority area.
I sat up in a meditative position, a finger placed on my forehead.
Concentrate... concentrate....
Whoosh
In a split second, I felt as though I have travelled somewhere deep within me.
Opening my eyes, I looked around. My body looked like a wisp and the surroundings, a vast empty space.
While the three bright lights shined the empty space, a small tree stood on the river banks in another corner. A clear blue sky, the sound of the river and the rustling of leaves made a peaceful atmosphere in that corner.
The atmosphere inside my soul is different from place to place.
The tree and river gave a sense of calm and serenity, while the rest of the blank space gave off a feeling of emptiness.
The three stars Red, Shadow and White shined brightly over the empty space. The Dark star represents the Shadow god's legacy , the White star represents the Earth spirit I devoured to gain the System shop.
As for the Red star....., I don't know. But from the dreadful feeling it's giving off, it might be related to the genocide I did on Earth..... or am I assuming things.
I shook my head, clearing off all the past thoughts. Taking a deep breath or at least tried to, I approached near the White star.

Yes, that's the Solar Planetary System.
" My old home."
I dived right into it.
As soon as I accessed with it, my original body disappeared from my room and reappeared in the Solar system. My soul also receded into my body.
Eight planets orbiting around the planet Sun. And the third ecliptic in order is where the Earth. But that's not what I came here for.
Unlike the four closest planets to the sun, Uranus and Neptune are much colder and have a higher abundance of atmospheric water and other ice-forming molecules, earning them the nickname "ice giants."
I intended to turn them into another Earth. But for the experiment, I first placed Neptune in fourth ecliptic, a bit far distance from Mars. It's been probably a year by now.
Sheesh, I still can't believe it took a year to just travel from Milky way Galaxy to Reedreada Galaxy even with that guys speed.
Anyway, let's check on the progress.
I again dived toward a blue planet, 'Neptune'.
This reminded me of my old days, at that time I was a fan of an anime character called Demon King. He was literally overpowered than any other character. He could split rivers into two, destroy mountain with a snap, destroying the Earth. I thought he was the strongest and coolest character ever.
But I don't feel like that now. I am literally playing around with the Solar system. Creating a new Earth, shifting planets and destroying them. Other things look like child play in front of this.
And if I somehow managed to obtain Authority over the Milky way Galaxy then it will be even more overpowered playing with a galaxy.
Ah.. sometimes, I feel like I am the GOD.

I don't want a god complex, seriously not.

Rudra entered the atmosphere of Neptune, slowly descending to the surface.
Hmm...
Clear blue sky, crystal clear water, green forests and oxygen. Everything is the same as the Earth including the land structure too.
It cost me almost all of my Authority to build it like this. Currently I only have about fifty percent of Authority, thanks to that one year gap.
I don't wanna spend anymore than I already have.
Everything is ready except houses and modern day facilities here.
Should I transfer half of the humans from Earth and build some basic structure?
Or
Should I let it be, and see if they can come up with a new way of creating facilities.?
I am confused
Hm....
I will think about it later, let's visit my old home on Earth while I am here.
