Annoz took out another skill card and threw it on the battlefield which disappeared as it landed on the ground.

" Hm?"

Dino didn't think much of it and continued on with the attack.

Annoz mumbled something and spoke-

" Earth dome."

A dome like structure covered the Blazing Wyvern from the incoming attack.

Earth dome and Water blast collided, creating a deafening sound which shook the ground. As the attack continued, the Earth dome melted and became a muddy structure which obstructed blaze wyvern from flying.

" Annoz you may be the best Beast tamer of Reedreada galaxy but I will be taking that title from you today."

Dino's smile broadened as he saw the state that Blazing Wyvern is in.

" Hehe.."

Annoz took out another card and spoke-

" Dino, I know that your Beast is strong and you have trained him properly but you lack experience for higher scale battles."

Annoz threw another card which increased in size and landed on the ground.

" Skill card combine : Lava ground [ Earth Dome + Fire ground ]

" Blaze wyvern, Fire breath again!"

Blaze Wyvern spit out fire with all its might increasing the heat on the grounds.

" Just like your Glacial Tiger, my Blaze Wyvern has dual affinity, Fire and Earth. Let's see, how you get out of this? Blaze Wyvern turn all the battle ground into the burning lava."

" Toothy Ice prison! And create as much as ice as you can to keep yourself afloat."

Glacial tiger created an ice prison surrounding it. A prison made of ice surrounded and a thick layer of ice formed below it, protecting Glacial Tiger from the lava.

But the ice melted faster than it is created due to the effect of the card.

" Huu.. let's do this! Toothy!"

Dino brought out his two remaining cards to attack but-

" Wait."

" Hm? What is this supposed to me Annoz?"

Dino's enraged voice resounded in the whole arena.

" First look at the condition of your beast."

" ?"

Dino calmed himself down and observed Glacial Tiger carefully.

" Wait! Those wounds, Toothy are you alright?"

" This is what happens when you push your beast beyond its limit. The wounds on its body don't look much but the inner damage it sustained is far more dangerous than you think."

" Toothy can you still fight?"

" Hey! Don't be stupid Dino. This is not some kind of friendship bond drama to give you a boost. Think carefully."

Dino took a deep breath and spoke-

" We can still fight."

" Are you an idiot? You only have two cards, if you use both of them to attack then you won't be able to heal Glacial Tiger. And what's certain is, I am not gonna go down in a single move."

" We will see."

An exasperated sigh left Annoz mouth as he resolved himself.

" That's why I hate newbies. Fine then, let's finish this!"

Dino abruptly stopped in the middle. His eyes couldn't believe what he was seeing.

Molten lava spikes penetrated Glacial Tiger from below before he could even react.

With a loud roar Glacial Tiger fell unconscious.

The entire arena fell silent as they were in a state of shock too.

Just one attack is all it took to take down his opponent. Annoz is that strong.

Blaze Wyvern flew toward Annoz flapping its wings. Annoz held out another one of those capsule he used when firing the gun. Blaze Wyvern disappear immediately as it came in contact with the capsule.

Annoz slowly walked off the grounds waving his hands.

" Hope you learn something, Dino."

Annoz figure slowly disappeared from the spectators view. Leaving behind a sense of superiority.

" Yah! I knew Annoz will win!"

With this, the entire crowd burst out cheering.

On the other hand Dino still couldn't believe what is happening before his eyes.

He lost.

The undefeated lost.

His pride shattered as a thin glass.

His hands were shaking, his legs gave up. He looked as though he lost everything.

A group of staff members quickly arrived on the ground helping Dino stand up. They also took Glacial Tiger in the treatment room.
