"Come on, the balcony is empty, let's sit there," Jayce suggested, and Elizabeth agreed; the balcony always had the best view and was always reserved for special guests.
"Shush," Elizabeth placed her finger on her lips when Jayce noisily dragged the chair. They both sat on the chairs, and the young detective could barely contain her excitement. She bit her lips in anticipation when the curtains were drawn. The actors were adorned in beautiful costumes, reminiscent of the medieval days, with large puffy dresses and men carrying swords.
"Oh! It's the old classic, Romeo and Juliet," Jayce chuckled, but Elizabeth disagreed, "It isn't. It reminds me of a novel I once read." She had finally managed to calm herself down and leaned against the backrest of the comfy chair.
