Leila scratched her head, understanding the concern he was expressing. She knew all too well how strict Grandpa could be, but she hadn't given much thought to how to ease the tension between them. Still, Jayden had a point—if he could win Grandpa over by catering to his preferences, it might make a difference and she will have no more reasons to hide.
After pondering for a moment, she offered the best advice she could think of. "Well, Grandpa really enjoys Oolong tea and Pu'er tea. He also has a passion for chess. Maybe you could invite him for a game sometime. If you impress him with your chess skills, it might improve his opinion of you."
