The song is really soothing to the ears. It's making me sleepy right now. I should think about going to bed right now.
I put on my headphones and lay flat on the bed, my head resting on a comfortable pillow. I'm very exhausted today.
Someday, I'd like to die while sleeping blissfully like this, unaware that I've died. As my tired eyes closed, I quickly fell asleep with the music on. But something doesn't feel right... how can I be thinking while sleeping?
Normally, I sleep for a very short period of time. It's as if I closed my eyes for two minutes and then opened them again. But in reality, I had slept for seven hours.
I opened my eyes and got out of bed. I wasn't even touching the ground. My feet were elevated above the ground.
Me: W-W-WHAT THE HECK!???
I exclaimed, surprised. A-A-Am I really a ghost right now? I didn't want to pass away in my sleep!
I began to touch my face and chest. I touched it but couldn't feel it. I looked down at my bed and saw myself, flat on my back. My physical body was asleep, but my spiritual body was present.
Me: W-W-WHAT IS TH-HIS!? WHY AM I OVER THERE!?
I yelled again and tried to touch my flesh, but it just passed through.
Me: MOM!!!!!
I yelled as I passed through the door and down the stairs.
Me: MOM!!!
As I walked into the kitchen, I yelled many times. She was preparing meat for today's lunch.
Me: MOM!! SOMETHING'S WRONG WITH ME!!!
She couldn't hear a word I said. I began to fear at the prospect of remaining a ghost indefinitely. I'd have to witness my own burial with my own eyes. My pals would be... Ah. I have no friends.
Me: NO! THIS CAN'T BE TRUE!!
I returned upstairs to my room and passed through the door.
When I was alive, I was completely healthy and fit. I do not believe I am dead. So, how did I turn into a ghost?
I took a close look at my body and noticed that it was breathing. I breathed a sigh of relief when I realized I was still alive.
I laid down inside my body with my eyes closed, hoping for anything to happen.
I awoke in my bed with heavy breathing. This time in my physical body. I was sweating profusely and my mind was racing. I looked at my hands and feet with disbelief that what had just happened.
