So Far So Good

Claire and Alex finished the rest of the sugar cookies as she went over job interview etiquette with him. He planned to fill out as many applications as possible while she was at work tomorrow so she figured she may as well start telling him about what to do now. 

That was the part about him getting a job that she was most worried about but he had copied high society etiquette perfectly in that brief moment when he took her away from the group after the wine splashing incident. She had faith that he could figure it out. 

She told him that he could watch a bunch of instructional videos on what to do and not to do in interviews as well. He did very well when he was mimicking something he had seen or heard.

As Alex started with online job applications, Claire lay on the couch reading comics on her phone, stressed about her first day of work tomorrow. What would her coworkers be like? Would her new supervisor be as good a person as Ray? Would she fit in there?
