Should I Step Down?

The arrival hall was filled with the reporters who were waiting for someone. They were talking to each other but still on alert with cameras and recorders in case the one that they were waiting for arrived. An hour had already passed from the supposed time but there was not even a glimpse of that person. Some of the reporters walked here and forth and some even craned their necks to take a look in case they missed his presence.

All the focus suddenly turned to the door of arrival when one of them shouted, "He is here!"

Like the ants that were crowding around food, they held out their recorders and took pictures of the couple who was now walking with their heads down and caps on them.

"Mr. Adam, would you care to give your explanation about the recent issue?"

"What about the accusations someone made about you, is it true?"

"May we know who this woman is?"
